So, I’ve started and finished, on my first bottle of citranox, and recent blood work from my Dr, meaning cholesterol levels, have been amazing. Yea, they had me on those Cholesterol meds, but after recent results, I have been taken off. Previously, my cholesterol level was 318! I have never had that high of a level, but conversely, it has never been below 200 with these meds! Guess what it was just 1 week ago? It was 127! That said, I am now eating clean, trying to get back to healthy again, and will do everything I can to get right! Thanks Doc, I appreciate you very much!

Put all ingredients except oysters in a blender with any fruit punch and a tray of ice cubes. ❤ I tried, yes it works. One cup a day with excercise and healthy diet will give you morning hards again as well. ED is also a sign your heart valves may be blocked and you need stents.

Zinc is a must for healthy male parts. Vitamin E 1200 IU daily. Eat celery you'll be surprised the next day. And Creatine. Try all, eat this daily. At 64 I can drive Willie into a telephone pole.😂 And exercise. stagnant bodies do not function well but the doctors and morticians love them.😂😂❤

I would like to add here that walnuts are always to be consumed with cheese. For magnesium i take almonds and see great results. I also take spirulina and chlorella for iron. Beetroot juice combined with watermelon juice is excellent.

Pomegranate and watermelon are seasonal, can I take pomegranate powder instead? I don't know what to do about a watermelon substitute. Arugula and Kale are very hard to find where I live; is there a substitute for them? Only walnuts, spinach, beets, garlic and oranges are readily available for most of the year (I hate oysters). How much should I take of each? I suppose I can also buy Citra NOX.

WATERMELON. It’s not so much the red flesh that is beneficial,it’s the light green layer inside the peel that does the trick.

Like with lemons I throw the whole lemon in my Super Shake, the peel has a tremendous amount of the nutrients in the Lemon, the blender grinds it up so small you don’t even know you’re swallowing it, Thank you for the information about the Watermelon rind no more dumping it in the garbage for me, It’s gonna be a little tricky to get that whole watermelon in the blender but I’ve got McGyver genes, I’ll get it done!!

It tastes weird (the powder) that’s for sure. I couldn’t do it. Whole Foods, or local supermarket should have 100 % beet juice. Publix supermarket has it, which I didn’t know. It’s standing in regular isles, on shelves, instead of fruits/vegetables section refrigerators. Even has an organic option. Ingredients: 100% juice. It’s like 32 oz, GLASS bottle’s too.

It works. If you buy the right brand, it’s just dehydrated beets ground up into a powder. You add water to reconstitute it.

Yeah, as long as it works I guess. I don’t remember the brand, but I purchased mine in GNC, round small plastic jar. Taste wasn’t appetizing 😁 But if you’re mixing it with other juice’s, you’ll be alright.

The Beet powder is very strong!! You better love beets if you’re gonna get it down, I used a whole small tubular sleeve in my super smoothie and I tasted nothing but the beets, way to strong, Next smoothie a half a sleeve still way to strong couldn’t taste anything but the beets?? I’m not a fan of beets maybe one slice once a year on Thanksgiving but that’s it!! It just has a awful taste for me,, Just my experience,, It’s not a do or die food you can get the same nutrients from other items Jfyi

Im also taking citrulline complex 1700mg, is this enough of a dosage to get any real results, or do I need to up the dosage? The daily reccomended dosage for this supplement is only 2 pills twice daily for a daily amount of 3400mg! Is this enough to help with Ed?

Honestly, out of all these products, there are only three I can't consume: 1) Walnuts. I have a very mild nut allergy (pecans are also on the list). It's not life-threatening, but it IS very irritating; it causes the inside of my throat to get very irritable and itchy (and my lips a bit puffy). (First discovered this while eating walnut cookies from Subway. When I told my mom, she told me to take a single benadryl to counter it, and it worked.) 2) Watermelon. I tried a small piece, and it was TOO sweet for my liking. If there was a way to lower the sweetness, then I'd eat it. 3) Oysters. I've always been told NEVER to consume raw oysters. (I've never tried pomegranates, or beets, but I'm willing to give them a shot)

For the watermelon I would suggest you get an L-Citrulline supplement. It'll give you the benefits of the fruit without the sweet taste. Plus it's not an expensive supplement.

How does beet kvass compare to beet juice in regard to your info? Beet Kvass just involves cutting up the beets and letting them ferment in water, plus some salt.

Forever! As long as you want that erection. Nice stake (or BigMac will do actually haha If you’re on a budget,) with few cloves of garlic, cup of real beet juice (instead of soda,) green salad with spinach, red onion, arugula, kale, tomatoes (important.) A glass (or two) of wine, and dark chocolate for desert. Guaranteed awakening 😜😁 It’s probably cheaper to get the blue pill tho 😂

Spinach the most dangerous out of the green leafs because carsengent is very high. Sofar you have giving watermelon that is a seasonal fruit which isn't available in winter and spinach that is not as healthy as one may think.

I noticed 6 hours after consuming milk chocolate or dark chocolate I get rock hard. Difficult to pee into a toilet. But after I pee, becomes flacid. I now use a container designed for relieving myself and available at sporting good stores. Has an air tight twist on cap. I didn’t see mentioned why milk chocolate can cause one to get hard naturally. Also eating a beef steak, Porter house, round steak. Skirt steak. Leg of Lamb.
