Tent, sleeping bag or blankets, sleeping pad, Sawyer mini water filter, lifeboat rations with a 5-year shelf life (water and food). You guys always make it way harder than it has to be. Bug spray, rain jacket, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, first aid kit and a way to make fire, are also a good idea. Finally a good pair of walking shoes, socks for your feet and extra clothing are worth considering.
