Storm is a triggered ability, a single stifle counters the storm trigger and they won't get any copies (but they get the original)

This is proof that stifle is an awful card. It was cast maybe once in the whole video. Playing a "4 of" of blanks is just really bad. The chances of having it in the opener are so low, plus, after your opponent plays around it; it does hardly anything.
