I call this one "Breath of the Wild" for how open it is.
I designed this one to be especially aesthetically pleasing, with an emphasis on stables, gardens, pools, outdoor stairs, and connecting rooms. Recurring fixture is the outdoor stairs + overhanging triangular room.

Also a higher room limit. I pretty much stopped experimenting with the house building because the limit's so low and it's frustrating having to stop building and start again to swap things out.

Yea you can it’s near tarrey town. You have to do some quests there before you can unlock it. The building pieces are pretty expensive tho
