So glad the boys are feeling better!! My husband is getting over pneumonia too. I saw your post and video on Instagram about Nolan crying at night, and I suggested maybe night terrors or an ear infection. Hi Marie. That spongy in the floor means the floor is rotten and it's going to cost the landlord a lot of money to get the floors replaced whereas if they had replaced or repaired them from the beginning, a whole lot less. Once you guys are able to move out I would so report them so the next innocent tenants won't have to go through what you've been going through. I hope your stove has been fixed. Always enjoy your videos so glad the babies are feeling better hated to hear that they were sick there has been so much sickness going around my two girls were very sick for two days they said it was a virus so we'll keep you guys in my prayers that God will find you a wonderful home to buy and that it will be big enough for your family and that your babies will be feeling better soon got to love them babies I have 22 grandchildren and I thank God everyday for each and every one of them and I have seven children five biological and two step but they're all mine and now I am raising two of my grandchildren which are identical twins my son was in a fatal car accident and he had custody of his children so when he passed away I filed I won complete and so custody thank God everyday for that keeping you all in my prayers

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY MARIE, ERIC, AND ALL THE BABIES. Been cooking on the grill since 9:00am; hot dogs, hamburgers, 2 slab of ribs. Make beans with ground meat, corn on the cob. This is the least amount of food I have ever made for any Holiday! The older I get the more I am not wanting to cook; inside or out...LOL; but, I love my family so much, I do it anyway; just learned to make less... Hey! 👋🏻 I'm so happy you're here! 😊 I train them on a schedule. Jackson goes to bed between 7-8pm every night and wakes for the day around 7-8am. But he wakes at midnight and 6am for bottles still.

If you try and train before they are ready, there won't be much progress. I started introducing the potty at age 2! Any rewards should be small. I did mini chocolate chips and other small candy for when they went. I kept them in a special jar. Or make a sticker chart!!

Poor Nolan, when your ears hurt, I was always holding my head, crying baadd... when I was little, I remember those being the worst pain for a little kid...it made my head pound and head hurt too really bad. Just thought I would share so You would know how Nolan prob felt!!😔

Within a 90 day view a real agent will asst you and your family. I promise not to mention but yal all will be eligible for a fha loan. Could be someone selling with contingencies. As is, fixer upper, etc. Eric's fixing there responsibility did oven get fixed. This is an old habit from my realtor time back in the day. Payments for a 4 real bedrooms with a frog (finished room over the garage). Less than 1000.00 . More responsibilities yard care, painting etc. yada yada yada. This will add to your vlog income bug time. You and Eric talk it over after you've got probabilities. New place would have your heavy moves appliances in prospective home.
