Ok marie, suggestion a bucket of water and gain and a hose, have Eric wet hvac then pour water on outside of hvac wait a few minutes then spray outer side of unit. Remembercthus us an outside unit water and soap with hurt only help to clean. It will clean coils as spray removes the dirt and dust. True landlord should do this but this is what I did to my hvac that wasn't working up to standards.. Of course turn unit off before starting the upgrade. I did all thus girl it waS a blessing eventhough I had already irder that 12000 but unit just in case. It helped immensely. Just put thermostat on 75 once you get new unit installed. When you move remember to take with you. Just saying. Huge improvement You've stated many times abt unit plus you have all those others trying to work as well. This HOME model has all the bells and whistles you'll need humidifier sleep mode eco regulator ect. I'm not a witch or I no witchcraft(Indian uplifting)but my sage burning mode of my own says soon your dream will cone true. The one with a Frog room is the one to choose from I just feel it for your family. So see if Eric will clean hvac outside. Good luck my adopted lil family, just saying Later gator

That “application fee” stuff is absolutely ridiculous! I love your new clothes and high five for Nolan! The new bathroom mirror looks great and as for your plants-rain water won’t hurt them especially with the extreme heat. If you happen to get rain for several days in a row you could put them under your porch to keep the pots from flooding and digging up the root balls of the plants. Too much water is bad for plants but that’s usually due to repetitive over watering. Great video, as always! ❤️

Marie you can do want you like and feel that’s best for your family ( that’s the most important thing) but my advice would be is to stay where you are ( if that’s possible of course) and keep saving up for a house, the market is not ideal right now but eventually that inflated bubble will burst. 1,000 for a home is such a blessing and I know you also know that. If your looking for good pacifier clips I'd get the ones that have plastic clips. My daughter had a metal one but with her drooling and teething the metal started to rust because of the drool. Switched to plastic and didn't have that problem after.Just a suggestion

That’s crazy on the application fees! If you can buy that’s the way to go. There are programs out there. I’ve read that can help with homeownership. It’s worth looking into. I know I said this before but my parents rent out properties and don't charge anywhere near $250 pp. My parents only charge $100pp. They also do the background for that person first before taking on another applicant. At least now you know you just have to ask how many ppl are turning in these applications.

You have to make three times the rent, the application fees are out the window and they take so many applications it's highway robbery. It should be against the law. Have you looked into just buying a mobile home and putting it in a trailer park or family land? We bought our home brand new in 2018, no money down and our mortgage is 450/month. Don’t know how your credit is but it would be worth looking into, call mobile home dealership and see what they require, fill out a pre approval application to see what you qualify for. One place didn’t charge anything and another charges like 100.00 when we were looking

I'm in Alabama about 20 miles from Auburn University and we have been having thunderstorms every day for the past week or so and the thunder is so loud and scary I know I'm 63 but I'm scared of thunderstorms and lightning. I love all the clothes if we lived close to each other I could fix the snag in the crop top and you would never know it had been there. I have been sewing for 40 years I made my daughter Erin's clothes when she was growing up. I also made clothes for my nieces and my grandchildren. Jackson's smile just melts my heart. You have some beautiful children 🥰 The application fee is ridiculous and it should be illegal to charge that and then saying they had that many applications for that house smh It's already getting darker outside so I guess we are fixing to get more rain. About your flowers getting to much water when raining if you have a table you can sit them under or sit them under your porch and that would help them from getting to much rain. Oh my gosh, when you were talking about the rental it made me so mad! Because it’s happening here in Arizona too! Our lease is up at the end of the month and we still have no idea what we’re going to do. There are so many homes we could afford to rent, but like you, we don’t make 3x the rent and so many companies are doing the expensive application fees and deposits. There’s so many scam rentals out there too where they keep the rental open so they can keep getting application fees. There was one I saw that had a $200 app fee per person and it had been on the market for 3 months and had over 200 applications! That’s just not right and it’s so frustrating!

You are right, it should be on a first come first serve basis, accepting additional application fee is only if the first person doesn’t work out. Total scam, and it should be against the law. You may just have to work on saving up a down payment and buying a home. I forget what it’s called but you can get a loan with only 10% down as a first time home buyer.

So, insofar as renting a house is concerned, if y'all can managed a realtor, do it. They sniff all of that bs out for you and have access to properties that are on the private market instead of the public one. Also, because you have more access, you'll be able to actually get something you want. Not sure if this is an option for you, but thought I'd go on ahead and make the suggestion. We looked to rent a house for a whole year before we found one under $900 a month this was in 2015 then we looked for 2 whole years to buy a house under 150k in 2017! We finally decided to buy the house we were renting for $100k then my husbands career took off & he makes over 6 figures but we choose to stay in our little home ❤️ we had a lot of debt before buying so we couldn’t get approval for anything more & now we we will be debt & mortgage free in 5 years. Just keep trying & high spirits

It’s insane there’s go to be so many more homeless people. 3 times the rent but haven’t updated anything since you purchased the place.

Please Please give the home owners a little bit of grace, since covid alot of homeowners have gotten stuck wirh renter's That did not pay their rent due to covid regulation loop holes and it being illegal to evict people, home owners have suffered a lot. Also property taxes have increased all over America and since they cannot raise the rent until the completion of leases they must be responsible for the difference. I completely understand the challenge of the situation at your end but it's hard for a lot of property owners as well.

the landlord of that home should be ashamed of herself to charge that price! she’s making the bucks! I can almost bet she keeps it on the market to make 12k on applications, she’s ripping people off! she shouldn’t be allowed to charge that kind of money for app fee! i live in michigan and i’ve never seen a fee that high , it’s usually about 50-75 bucks which is affordable and worth a try to get into a home you want! that’s shameful! and if she watched your vlogs she would see how clean you keep your home, you would def take good care of her house, her loss! good luck I hope you find the home of your dreams without getting ripped off by as$hats like her! ❤️

I’m sorry that life is the way it is now. Do you remember when the virus hit. Everyone who owned and rented out to people lost so much when renters didn’t have to pay their rent. I know people who not only lost the homes they were fairly renting to people but there own homes because people not paying rent. Even if they could they didn’t. That’s why the 3x the amount is wanted that way when a renter happens to not be working they can still pay rent. I didn’t know about having to pay for an application though per adult?? Wow! It’s hard but stay patient and the right home will come your way. It’s always when you least except it.

@@MarieLoveAsbury Oh I’m sorry I didn’t know that about your house. God has a plan! It took me 3 years of praying to finally get out of our old trailer park. We owned the trailer but rented the lot. It was a nice place but slowly turned to crap. After years of “suffering” god made a way even though we had bad credit and little savings. Prayers the right one will come your way sooner.
