I am only 5 minutes into this and I think you are going to have a much better life with all of the changes you plan on making and have made. I am 50yrs old and just started learning that time with my kids, even though they are 18 and 20, are way more important than anything. I found myself food prepping, laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc and not taking care of me and it makes me a cranky impatient mom and wife. I had to stop and slow my life down. Now when they come to me and want to talk that I had better listen or they will stop talking. That I had better stop doing what I am in the middle of doing and let them hang on me and hug me instead of worrying about finishing up what I am doing. Wish I had discovered doing all of this when my kids were young like yours so Kudos to you. You are blessed. Enjoy yourself and your kids because they grow up so darn fast. I have no idea where the time has gone..... I too have gotten rid of most of the chemicals in the house.

This is literally the most refreshing get it all done ever!! I recently started slowing down and looking at where my stress and anxiety came from and so much of it was the perfectionist mindset. Every night before bed I HAD to have all the dishes cleaned, HAD to have meals prepped for the following days, god forbid there were any dirty clothes in the bins and I was working out every day after my 12 hour shifts at work. Needless to say I was drained, emotionally, physically and mentally. My relationship was at its worst and I was always stressed but once I started allowing myself to have messes, not always have a clean home and buy the damn freezer meal, wow. My life completely flipped there are entire weeks I dont stress over laundry, I cant remember the last time every dish in my home was clean and my relationship and health are THRIVING! Thank you so much for sharing this, so many of us need to know that it is okay to be still. ❤

I am watching this video with my 8 year old daughter and she was like you are Tiffani mom. I am exactly like you. I am a daily list maker, can only use planners, have the same mind to worry every time I go to sleep and have been that way since I was little. I ended up getting headspace last year when I was suffering from major insomnia. I love it. My new favorite is the calm app which has a daily meditation I try to do. I also purchased a gratitude journal after seeing you use it in one of your pampering videos. Just know you are an inspiration. I look forward to Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday so I can watch your new videos. My daughter and I love you and your family. You are amazing mama 💗

I think this is my favorite video ever. Like seriously. So real, raw and relateable. I feel exactly how you do and it was nice to hear that I’m not alone. I know it took a lot for you to open up and really share and I just want to say thank you. Because it truly meant a lot to me. “our kids don’t need a perfect mom, they need a happy one.” I’ve been doing my best to live by that. You’re a great mama and you’re doing a fantastic job!

I have always been a silent subscriber with everyone, I’m not the type to comment on people’s videos unless it is important. Let me just say you are so inspiring and I love the talks and the advice and the vent you have in this video! A big struggle for me has been needing someone to talk to and listen, but not wanting to bug or put my problems on someone else, but this whole video has erased that stress and my burdened thoughts and I’d just like to say we are here for you along your journey. Keep living life for you! I keep saying this, but you truly inspire this broke college student to keep pushing forward and to keep doing things that make me happy and to stop worrying about things I can’t control! I wish you all the peace in the world!

You have no idea how much you inspired me with your videos. Thank you so much. My boys are 21 & 17. The older one is on the Autism spectrum , very high functioning. In the process of being a mom to 2 children & helping one of them deal with a disability, I lost myself, have no clue who i was before. At the age of 48 I'm still trying to figure out who I really am. You inspire me. Thank you.

I really appreciate the fact that you want to take the pressure off of your family for the month and focus on them. I literally have an alarm on my phone that reminds me throughout the day to stop, breathe, hug my daughter, tell her I love her/do a quick activity even 30 second dance party. Sometimes I snooze it instead of turning it off if we are having a stressful day. This is so helpful when things are breaking or going wrong and that alarm goes off and I'm like ok. Breathe it's all good. ❤

“Being a good mom is being a happy mom” I am literally bawling. I am a foster mom to two girls that are my world. I have struggled with depression and anxiety my entire life and it has been a very very rough patch. Lately I feel like they deserve better, that I don’t deserve them, I’m never doing anything right, etc. It’s tearing me apart, because truth is they may leave at the end of this month. I shouldn’t be depressed, I should be giving them their best life. So “being a good mom is being a happy mom”, struck several cords and I am so thankful you’re so transparent and relatable. Thank you so much Tiffani. I’m not even 5 minutes into this video and I have heard exactly what I needed to hear. ❤️❤️

Watching your video was like looking in the mirror over what has been going on in my head the past few months.... that's actually why I started watching KZbin videos of other young moms who are striving to better themselves and their families. I have a lifetime of bad habits (poor time management, poor organizational skills, lack of confidence in my abilities to become a good mom) I am tackling and lately when I go to clean, declutter, etc. I have you, Emily Norris, and a few select other's videos playing in the background as my motivation to keep pressing towards my goals while keeping the important things the important things ☺️

I’m also trying to make changes but this video helped show it just isn’t me alone in this mom guilt battle.

Somedays I just feel like I'm just a mom and I'm not even good at it. I feel guilty that I was on my phone too much through out the day or we didnt do enough "fun" stuff that day or they dont have enough friends.. theres literally something every day. I really enjoyed this video and all that you said. I enjoy your channel, despite the fact that I don't have kids (I feel like a lot of your followers are moms). I don't have children because of what you spoke of in this video...all of the carcinogens found in so much of our products today. I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 21 and had 4 surgeries that rendered it impossible for me to have children. My cancer was completely related to the chemicals found in our everyday products (makeup, toiletries, cleaning products, etc), and I don't feel that this subject gets enough attention. I applaud you for providing a platform that can give people food for thought to make educated decisions. I enjoy your thought processes and how you plan things, and I feel that this can be useful to others, as well as myself. Please keep more videos like this coming!

Hey I loved this video! It was so inspiring. I have a lot of stress in my life and I love watching your videos. I have a lot of mom guilt between my two boys and my husband and trying to do it all (just life, job etc.). I have a 5 year old non verbal autist boy which keeps us so busy. My husband works second shift and I work 1st shift so we barely see each other. I have another son who is 11 and has just started middle school this year. My struggle is trying to spend the time I need with my older son and the high demands that my younger son needs all the time. It is so hard financially, mentally, and emotionally. My younger son stopped talking around 18 months of age and was a normal baby up until then. Our world just broke into when we found out the diagnosis. I researched online and got rid of all my chemicals (cleaners) anything that could be harmful. I now use glass bowls too. We use young living oils as well and I make my own homemade cleaners using vinegar etc. I love Jordan Page too!!! I have not started the block schedule but I think it is a must have in our home. I love your video like this and I think you should make more like it. Your children are so adorable!!! Please keep us in your prayers. I just pray that God will send my son's words back. It is so hard...

You’re always such an inspiration Tiff! I don’t comment very often but I’ve been watching forever. You do seem, as you said, at a changing point. I hope it makes you feel better. You do seem a bit tired so I hope this is the change you need and it spruces you right back up (is that even a saying?) as always good on you for always taking care of yourself and your family and taking the time to inspire us on the way. Xoxo from France

I can totally relate to this! I appreciated the honesty. I’ve been enjoying your videos - Especially the ideas for meals and organization. However, I often watch KZbin moms and think “how do they do it all?!” You seem to have it all together! I definitely need to work on separating things and prioritizing me...recently watched the Jordan Page block scheduling video too. I’ve been using the post-it idea from you lately, but adapted it. I have a freezer post-it inventory and when I take something out of the freezer I move the post-it to the meal plan. And after we eat something we like, the post it moves to the back of the sheet for future meal inspiration.

Love this video. This Sunday series is my fav. It would be awesome if you could relay your sleep consultant's advice to us (or maybe interview her for a video). I have so much trouble with getting to bed early enough and getting enough sleep.

You are amazing ! So inspirational & so real about life! You don’t put a show on you show it how it is! I am a mama of a almost 16 month old toddler Mason ☺️I struggle so much with mom guilt and beating myself up over everything I do! We sound very similar. Thankyou so much for all of your advice & support! We have very similar personalities!
