Megan fox plan: 3-5 days a Week 30 min Cardio warm up and cardio cool down Warm up : jump rope Jumping jacks Jogging in place Standing cross crunches Standing twisted Punches Move 1: Stiff leg deadlift 20 reps Bent over row 20 reps Alternating superman 20 reps each side Cardio cool down 5 min Same as in the beginning

it all depends on the person, and mostly what matters is what you eat, I wouldn't recommend working out for more than an hour unless your an athlete or training for something.
