Incredible. I’m nowhere near that kind of core strength or mobility but you’ve given me so much inspiration! Thank you and much respect!

Really great stuff 👍thanks. I think I can use it in the morning too like loaded warm up for joints, posture etc.. but I don’t have a mace only a hammer but maybe I can adapt those movements 😊

How long is the mace that you are using? Nice video.

No way I can pull that flow off with my 10 lb mace, so I just order a 7 lb. Can't wait to try it. Love your videos; great technique and it looks like a lot of fun, too!

Fabulous! Yes, we recommend the 5lb and 7lb mace for all of our Steel Mace Vinyasa work. We have a 100 hour Teacher Training too, are you a yoga instructor or trainer?

@@SummerHuntington No, I am not an instructor. I am a Mark Wildman fanatic which is how I wound my way to your channel. I appreciate both of you for your style of instruction and new ways to do cool stuff!

Excellent video, as always. Do you have a mace or club flow video you would recommend to help mobility in lower back and glutes? This seems very close but looking for more that will help my lower back and glutes to not be so tight. Obviously this may be more of a stretching question then mace mobility, but would appreciate your thoughts.

@@SummerHuntington Honestly, I wasn't able to do it as I don't have a mace yet and was looking more at your style of teaching. I have a heavy club coming soon and will try and adapt it for that. I'd really be interested in doing your TT programme with Mark on this as I think this type of yoga would be a big hit here in London. But one step at a time - Mark seems to recommend learning clubs first so we have this hurdle to jump and then will try mace. I assume one has to have some level of good understanding before taking the TT?

@@crayzmarc great question! We actually teach both Clubs & Mace in our Teacher Training, and as long as you have experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor you can apply. I'd recommend going here and sending in your application form and we can always help you strategize. www.flowshala.com/teachertraining

What do you mean by emphasizing Ra in relation to movement?
@Mrfuzzypants266 ай бұрын
Emphasizing "Yaw". Meaning the rotation of the spine. Same applies to the yawing of an airplane
