Hi Meredith. I love your videos and I practice them everyday. It is easier for me to understand the signs, but it is more dificul for me to sign especially full sentences. I know that practice makes progress and next thing I know I'm gonna be signing no problem Thank you for sharing these awsome videos

I still have difficulty putting long sentences into ASL, but we'll master it as long as we focus and we practice.

You all got this! I also recommend the Intensive coming up. We go a lot deeper into grammar and sentence structure. Homework assignments are signing complete sentences with others. Lots of practice opportunities!

I started learning ASL last year and the best thing I've done is get an ASL dictionary. As I go through my day, if there's a word I want to learn in the spur of the moment, I can pull it out and look it up. Really helps grow my vocabulary!

This isn't really related to the video, but I was wondering what the difference between the signs "haven't" and "late" are?

They are signed the way except for the non manuals. LATE is signed with one movement and HAVEN'T is signed with a negation.

It would be a very informative video, if you had the camera over your head showing the view of your hands.. Not saying your videos aren't awesome, because they're. I would just like to see the perspective of the person signing.

Why do you voice when you teach signs? You can’t teach Spanish while speaking English. Such a red flag and a disservice to ASL.
