I had the same issue too, but on the page they say items and perks will appear in accounts on or after Nov 15th so maybe all the rewards will arrive on that day onwards

no, you misunderstood, it is every 3 hours, "up to 30 hours" meaning that you can only get the drop 10 times maximum, after watching for 30hours+ you do not earn anything anymore :)

Click your pfp on KZbin and go to settings and you’ll see connected apps. Go there to connect your KZbin and blizzard account. Then you gotta watch the owl for 6 hrs
