The book is great and this was a fantastic episode! One part that really resonated with me is around 9:10-9:13 when Dave says that negative coping mechanisms may mute the pain, but they also mute the joy. #hpxlife #getoutofyourownway

Dave I think your awesome for being so open and honest after your growth. I can feel your new energy and it’s amazing. You should start a movement of your own for men that could seriously benefit from this, it’s all Ego but to be free from the judgement is your own personal journey. Brendan thank you for sharing, great story! You guys are awesome 💜

I loved this interview because my significant other now works with me and I am the big ideas person and I go a million miles an hour. He is the reserved, let's think about this person. So, we are finding ways to balance each other out. He now knows that when I am on fire, he's just gotta be there to help so we can do all the things. He also is amazing at keeping me fed and watered LOL - very important for us go-getters! Otherwise we forget and just keep working ;-)

" I barely ever do interviews with anybody unless you know that the heavens open up and an incredible person emerges and comes into my orbit who I just feel like you have to know" You mean when the person is selling his or her new book and wants to promote it? Do they ever come to your show when they ain't selling anything?

Komandie Yup.

Agreed ... but is the free information valuable? You choose whether to listen or not and you are free to decide if you want to invest in the particular personal development on offer. Caveat emptor!

@@utualan I don't know. I stopped watching and went to other channels that are honest about this. Luckily, there is so much content that I get to choose what I wanna watch.

Komandie Everyone has to make a living so it’s not a negative thing to sell something. We choose whether to buy into it or not. The amount of free guidance that is given away free is wonderful
