If you love avocado, I have a foolproof way to remove the seed. After you cut it in half and separate it, you use the knife to "pin" the seed in the middle, when the knife is locked on the seed, you move the knife like 45 degrees to the right and then to the left, then you just pull the seed : D I hope it's clear, that way you don't waste avocado and the seed comes clean. With practice it becomes natural to you haha. Love your videos : )

I just had to go to the ER for stitches for cutting an avocado, too! Never thought twice about hitting the pit with a good whack from the knife, but now I can't bring myself to do it anymore! PSA: never use a ceramic knife to de-pit an avocado- very sharp but not heavy enough like a metal knife to stick in the pit and it bounced right out and into my thumb!
