Is pocket Wi-Fi better than SIM card ?
@NinjaMonkeyguy
@NinjaMonkeyguy Жыл бұрын
@@edyjacki4288 they both have their use case. Pocket wifi is great for sharing to multiple devices and usually has less data limits but you need to carry around an additional device. Data sim usually has more data limits but you might not be able to share the Internet connection and is for one device

@@NinjaMonkeyguy Hi, thanks! I will ask some question in the next days...😅 Most important: this year my plans of flying to Japan have been "busted", but I am organizing myself for next year... I am oriented in early fall (end of september/late october... around 28 to 31 days)... How early should I start "getting serious" and start booking flights and hotels? How many months in advance?

Hello! I'll be heading from Odawara to Gora followed by rope way to Togendai. Am I allowed to carry one bagpack and a hand held duffle bag on this route? ( I don't want to ship them or use a locker) My plan is to finish the cruise around Lake Ashi and head to Mt.Fuji station where I have my hostel booked for the night. Wondering if any luggage restrictions? And will time be sufficient to travel ? Please share your opinion. Many thanks 😊

I'm kind of glad the price of the JR pass went up because I was already on the fence about getting it. I'm going to the Takayama Fall Festival so I'm super worried about the trains being full. This means me buying the tickets as far in advance as possible so I wouldn't even be able to use the pass.

at the moment A JR pass would prob just about be a little bit more expensive than individual tickets, but if you used it during the trip for JR lines in Tokyo and decided to do some additional trips outside then it might break even and be convenient too

@@NinjaMonkeyguy If you are back next year in mid August, there's an extremely important festival at Chiba Shrine called Monken Taisai. It is so important that was held even during the Pacific War. The architecture of the shrine is like Tomioka Hachimangu which you visited in Monzen Nakacho. Also, for the Chiba Shrine and festival, you will see few to zero foreign tourists.
