Please don't do the lemon sugar thing. Especially if your skin is extremely sensitive, like mine! If you're going to do it, use natural honey, lemon juice, and sugar and turn it into a paste and rub it on your skin.

Itslilykitty But, my dermatologist said that the sugar crystals permanently damage your skin. So even if it does work visually, each time you're doing it, you're eating away at your skin. Not to mention, adding lemon juice to it is like spraying it in an open wound. That's why you should use honey with it, so it coats the crystals and doesn't cause any to no damage.

Moisturize, everyday. Moisturizing I promise you will just make your skin better and better BUT are you putting it on lightly?? Lol, make sure to do that! Here are my suggestions for creams to apply: Dual Action moisturizer (very popular this month), b-b cream, baby skin, etc. I'm not quite sure where to find these products, but as emma duong says, the Dual Action moisturizer will not only moisturize your skin LIGHTLY (hint hint :D) but also treats your skin and will help your skin fight acne! So I hope this helped, and if it just explained Emma's comment more, fiddle sticks :c

I have cry flaky skin as well, but break out BIG time. I finally found a good combo that works and is a cheap alternative to some other big name brands! First, EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. I wash my face with Clean & Clear essentials foaming facial cleanser for sensitive skin. It washes away acne causing dirt, oil & makeup without over- drying and is oil free. Next, only two or three times a week I will use the Clean & Clear blackhead eraser scrub (also oil free). Dispite being a "Blackhead Eraser" I find that it regulates the oil levels in my face and gently exfoliates to lift away dirt and oil. And lastly, only about once or twice a week, I will apply Argan Plus Body Butter on my face (and apply whatever's left on my hands. Can't forget about dem hands ;D). The Argan Butter acts as my moisturizer and is enriched with argan oil, mango butter, and acai berry extract that also seal and protect your skin from any damage and aging (we have the almighty argan oil to thank for that;P) I usually use the first two in the shower every night for the sake of, one of the places I usually break out in (BADLY) is my hairline, and it's just easier to use it in the shower and be able to wash any reminisce out of my hair. Plus, is the shower your pores open, allowing the medication and cleansers to work at full affect! (I f you have read this far congrats! and I hope this helps!)

Lemons will make your skin hyper sensitive to the sun which can cause sunburn much easier and it's extreme acidity is awful for your skin.

I would highly recommend using facial products that are unscented and hypoallergenic. I used to use harsh face washes and lotions, but now I use Cetaphil face wash and lotion..and ever since I've switched over my skin has calmed down. Still breaks out a bit from stress tho.

I have horrible genetics so I went to an acne doctor person. You don't see the results immediately but over time your acne is completely gone. For quicker results use Acne Free, you can buy it wherever and it works SO WELL!

try moisturizing afterwards. My face gets dry and itchy every time I wash, exfoliate all that good stuff and it goes away with moisturizers.

U can get a green tea bag, dip it in water, and dab in onto ur face (And it doesn't only brighten it, but it also gets rid of acne scars) :-)
