Very happy to see you don't think shout gem is mandatory, I never recommend it because it just makes red gl rotation awkward, and I don't think the extra synergy uptime is worth over making your rotation unsynced, unless you're used to holding every 3rd shout. I'll be honest, I don't think swift heavy red with adrenaline is good, and I wouldn't ever recommend it. Adrenaline uptime is a headache that is not worth the 1~2% extra synergy damage you get and give from going full swift while losing your own damage because stacks aren't fully up. It's a bigger damage loss overall to your party since you're gonna have lower damage than 1400 crit red, it's pretty much always a dps loss for you and your party unless you're massively outgeared. Still, it's an option that seems popular in KR, but from my own research/tests it's really not worth the gold or pheon. Bleed rune on shout is questionable. The uptime on it would be abysmal (20s cd for 6s uptime), so you're better off having bleed on your synergy button for the highest uptime to maximize its damage (~2.5%). Galewind, Focus, Rage are all good picks though. I personally think it's a choice between galewind + mana tripod or focus + range tripod, when it comes to consistancy.

I'm confused by the synergy skill changes. Is Bash still the only skill with +33.5% damage (Ready Attack)? You still need to hit the boss to get the -12% defense synergy right? Taking Shield Bash or Shield Charge would feel kinda bad for the damage loss.😥 The Ready Attack buff on Bash cast is nice, but you still need to land the defense down synergy which feels the sorta the same as before.😢

In latest KR patch they removed Ready Attack from bash to a new tripod that only affect blue skills, so bash only apply synergy (Defense down) now, so we can use shield bash instead of bash now for more mobility.

So the monster gauge he receive is reduced by half now? Honestly is not that much especially in Thaemine, less than 75% wont change that issue with head attack classes until they delete entropy

9 7 is probably better odd number so 1 piece of jewelery will finish the 9 for example vs 8/8 will require 2.

considering the flexibility of sinergy pick, do you think quick recharge rune on shield bash is a good option? since it is a combo skill and then go for something like bleed or overwhelm on fire bullet

You would just go the 5x3 with the additional combat readiness at lvl 1 or 2, as ATK talked about the stone near the beginning of the video

​@@devilfall9393You can't get CR2 with this stone, cr2 is only possible with a 9/9 stone. With his stone the only viable path is grudge, master brawler, lone knight, super charge, stabilized status as x3 could go for barricade but this build you don't use Combat readiness so forget about having constant shield. Cursed doll as x2. This stone is better for a blue gunlancer build and cursed doll as x2.

You still have to choose your poison between 3 blue skills for synergy, and bash with concussion tripod and overwhelm rune is 2 ww nades worth of stagger on a ~6 sec cd. An emergency counter. A crowd control. A point of destruction. Even the push immunity tripod is not completely useless, it makes the counter out of defensive stance more reliable and mobile, and can be used as a pseudo parry. Niche but nice. After this quality of life change, one has really NO excuse to not upkeep a 99% armor destruction synergy uptime

well the issue with GL in this game that he plays a "Tank Utility Support with some dmg" offering stagger.destruction and synrgy so that's why not every wanna play him cuz most of the player want just to see a high Damage numbers like me playing 5 pala 1 bard 1 artist and 2 gl as tank utility with some and yes go play blue as a start and try red maybe you like it or not and yea if you miss a front the dmg numbers are just sucks ass XD and yea i play GL as utility tank cuz i see the giga big impact i do in the raid from stagger and destruction and making my dps in my team take an easy "Crule Fitghers" :V
