Yeah that's pretty much my take on it all as well. If you look at the 50 years between 1895 and 1945 it's pretty obvious that times can get extremely tough, dangerous and unpleasant. Compared to that we haven't seen anything yet. My view has always been that financial prepping is very important and reducing the amount of things that can severely impact your life is the way to go. For the majority of people one change or event will cause them big issues be it health, job loss or whatever else.

Solar and green tech is bad, but ur advice is to get solar. Got ya Climate isn’t changing but the storms and climate emergency’s are getting worse, got ya Seems that u need a make ur mind up.

Didn’t say solar is bad, just said it’s not wise to totally get rid of oil and gas for industrial solar and wind farms. Having domestic solar or wind power is a good idea for back up energy. @ ur right climate has and will change, but time has proved that this happened on geological times scales. Not 100 years, yeah super volcanoes can change the atmosphere and induce years without summers but one hasn’t gone off and the world is heating up not cooling down. As a Welsh farmer hand on heart climate is changing and it’s not down to some magic process that I am sure u don’t want to discuss. Odds are on it’s us humans. U can deny sure but u can’t come up with a sensible answer why it’s changing. Yep our governments have dropped a ball not building enough power plants and yeah that is going to bite us in the butt in the coming years. With the push for electric everything. Pretty sure u were talking and putting down solar for not producing when the sun doesn’t shine, I am only making a few kw a day just like ur self I bet. Solar is great at certain times of the year, other times not so much, guess we should hope for shtf when it’s better weather.
