Such a clear and encouraging video. I am a Fluid Art artist. I started painting 2 years ago at age 72. Last week, I had 2 pieces selected to be shown in a 2 month Gallery exhibit! Elated. I have been offered another 2 month Gallery showing in March. Different 4 pieces. Different Gallery. So rewarding.

Great point with the production department and the sales office and how they should stay out of each other's way. You summed up why more and more corporations are failing - by trying to micromanage the production process to save a couple of bucks, they keep ruining their own success. Case in point - Boeing...

Yes I can, but I avoid oil ... I get headaches. Drying time is no problem and if it is, you can use mediums to change it.

I have found that when I reach a point where I am not happy with the painting, it was because it was not going towards the ending vision I had in mind. But, I continued and the finished piece was so much better than my vision.

Dear Heinrich, I really enjoyed this video. I don't feel ready to exhibit my paintings. It intimidates me. I feel like I'm stripping my soul naked. In Naples, an Italian city, it is said of children that they are "piezz 'o core" . That is, children are pieces of the heart. My paintings are a bit like my children. However, I have to thank you so much because I think you are really an intelligent and wise person. Hi again, Napoli … I love the city … fantastic food. I fe Ly the same about my paintings when I started, they were my children, and I still do. However, now when I finish a painting it grownup and ready to stand on their own legs. Don’t do something you don’t want of cause, but I strongly advise you to exhibit. The important thing is not the paintings … you are the important one, and your process will only develop if you do that. So prepare for some nasty comments but also some good ones. Then always ask “why do you think so?” This will be good for the process and you… in my opinion. Go for it … you are ready. And tell me what happened. Happy new year. Henrik
