i’m gonna be a senior and I have one big tip for junior year: DONT SLACK ON THE SAT/ACT. Just study really hard for it and get it out of the way. It’s a big determinate for college, and you want to put all your best work into it. Don’t procrastinate or cram on it, like most of my class is doing. Be smart with your junior year and prepare yourself for college as much as possible so your senior year is as chill as possible :)

There's this great app called "sleep town" it helps with sleep, by blocking ur phone in the night so you have to sleep and it gives u alarms when to go to sleep and wake up. Plus the alarm is very positive and calm and you dont wake up stressed
