I’d love to hear - do you have a church you currently go to? What are your questions/struggles in terms of building Christian community?
@grandma48602 жыл бұрын
Hi Kaci! ❤ I’m involved in church! I serve on the hospitality team as well as attend multiple life groups throughout the week. The hardest part for me in regards to building a strong community is creating close bonds. In college I had a SUPER close group of Christian friends. We were really able to do life together but as an adult it can be difficult to cultivate those same relationships. I do the best I can to make deeper bonds and richer connections so we’ll see how it turns out! I’ve been praying to find a single girl friend to hang out with. LOVE your video!❤

I do have a church I attend! I am on the praise team there which is awesome!

I go to what they consider a Mega church. When we first started attending about 20 years ago there was only about 250 people attending. Now our church membership is in the thousands and we’ve planted several churches. Our motto is to save people one person at a time so we are heavily involved in community outreach

Hii! I actually recently moved to the SD area myself, from the east coast, and I'm struggling with finding a church home here, as well as connect groups. Also, making new friends as an adult, is difficult! 😅 I'm aware that being an introvert isn't the best setup for this, but I'm trying! Any reccs on biblically sound churches I can try/attend/look into? Thanks! Love your channel and bible studies by the way! I'd love to see a study on the book of Hebrews. 💓🙏🏽

Have you heard of the Honest Company. They have clean makeup, clean facial care and lots of clean baby care. I am in my 70's and still use it.

My husband is military and it’s definitely hard to built and find a community where we can be involved, however I am thankful that the Lord is always guiding us and helping us find the community and the life groups that help us grow closer to him.

Church employee here who has just gotten uprooted to a new church after marrying, moving, and changing jobs!! I think the biggest struggle for me is patience and the desire to belong immediately. Churches are almost like marriages with the honeymoon phase. You arrive at a new church, and (if they’re welcoming) everyone is hovering around you to make sure you feel welcome. Then you go into the tough transition phase where you’re no longer new, but it still doesn’t feel like home (yet). I think the biggest challenge for me is sticking through the awkward phase and staying where God has placed me, patiently waiting for those roots and relationships to grow. I’m encouraged by Mark 10:29-30 because I have seen God do this and bring new family into my life. I’m loving your life transition content because I’m there too (minus the transition to motherhood, which must be doubly challenging). Prayers for your family in this new season❤️

My husband and I are in a season of building roots in our church community. We just came out of a church trauma situation. So I think that our struggles are learning to trust the people in our new church and trusting our pastor.

Kaci, you are truly beautiful from your heart. You radiate unconditional kindness and pure love for the Lord. Your love for Him has inspired me to want a closer relationship with Him. It is so obvious that the Lord has such a purpose for your journey. You are an angel with invisible wings. You are a very sweet and most precious gift to this world and to those around you. 💛

My struggle with our church currently is feeling known. We started attending a church in 2020 and found Jesus and got involved. We serve every week as they have 2 services, attend one, serve one and we have been doing this for two years and I still don’t feel like anyone really knows us. Attended the same small group for a year now with no real relationship being built. I don’t want to be annoying to them but I’d really love to go deeper. Feeling kinda lonely but love the worship and they teach from the Bible so I don’t feel comfortable leaving….

I’ve been trying to find a church home for a while now. I’ve gotten so used to watching church services live on KZbin because of the pandemic but now I’m ready to go back in person. I really missed being able to go in person and connect with others. I’m going to be attending this church that a friend recommended to me called, C3 NYC this upcoming Sunday for the first time, I’m excited about it. 😊

I don't currently go to church. I haven't for quite awhile. I've had alot of church hurt in the past. I've always struggled with finding community in church as well. I've been to everything from small churches of only 10-20 people to megachurches. Sadly, nothing worked.

Also, most makeup has a little compact icon on it with a number and a letter that tells you how long they are safe for. For example 6m for 6 months.

My church bag was cultivated after thinking of what my grandma carried to church. My husband loves the little candies I keep in there and I always have extra tissues. Last week I entertained someone’s toddler with my notebook and pens.

Hey Kaci! This video was very fun to watch. Your bump is looking so beautiful ❤ God Bless the three of you! About Church, I have been attending one for about 6-7 months now and I started going because of your channel and videos. I have surrendered my life to Jesus and I Thank You so much for, in a way, pointing me to Him 🙌 Starting new in a church IS awkward and uncomfortable but is ALWAYS worth it. I have met so many amazing women by just attending Sunday service and they have helped me to grow deeper in my walk with the Lord. I’m not serving yet but I plan to. I would love to see more videos from you on this process as well! Xoxo Lau

I'm new here and love your channel! Was seeking some advice as someone raised in the Catholic church but who has identified as an atheist for a decade now. I've found myself wanting to "get back" into the Christian faith, on my own terms this time. I feel like i've forgotten so much though and it's so overwhelming. Any advice?

Casey! Do you think as women or men of the kingdom of Christ it could be sin to use cosmetics that have been tested on animals? When Man has discovered alternative science? Like going clean… why is going clean God’s will over our own.

Hey Kaci!! 💕 You are a huge blessing! I love your love for the LORD and how you share your faith through your channel. ✝️ This generation needs, “The Truth”, Jesus Christ, The Son of the Living God! (Matt.14:6) I’m sure you know the, “your truth” movement. Well, “your truth” changes day by day…therefore it is NOT truth. The Truth, (JC) doesn’t change! You know exactly what I speak of. 💁🏼♀️ Anyhow, we are Calvary Chapel people. (So Cal has many to choose from.) Chapter by chapter, verse by verse, line by line through the Word. The Word of God is what changes lives! I love it! Keep up the amazing work and speaking of, The Truth! God bless you and you growing little family! Your Sister in Christ, Angie~
