Shower! I can't function without one. I don't wear makeup, and my hair is curly so I don't brush it, so as long as I shower and eat something I'm ready for the day!

I've been transitioning into minimalism for almost a month now and I got rid of almost 75% of my things. I'm just waiting for this pandemic to end so I can donate most of it. My make up routine usually takes 5 mins (sunscreen + concealer under the eyes + lip balm) then I'll leave my hair to air dry. Sending love from the Philippines!!

Honest beauty makes a nice lengthening mascara. Target sells it now so I don’t have to order online! I don’t use the primer side because my eyelashes like to fall downward. It doesn’t clump, washes off easily and no flaking. I’ve seen some youtubers layer it on and it looks good but I don’t take the time to do that. I can do one quick swipe to get the lengthening and I’m done. It’s good stuff!

I only use water, moisturizer and lip balm as far as my skincare goes, but when I do makeup (2-3 times a week) I like a full face look. I still minimized my makeup a lot since I tend to always use the same colors and products, it's been 2 years now that I don't buy new products just to try them out. I just restock on the products I know I love and use. I don't mind about new makeup trends, I know my face and I know what works for me, I never liked contour, highlighters and crazy eyeshadow colors so I finally embraced that :)

I personally like to invest time into my body, like with lotion/moisturizer, natural deodorant and lip balm (and yoga of course for my physical/emotional well-being). I'm not much into makeup personally, but after taking a break from using powder products, I've found that perhaps it's time to invest in something that's more clean and natural. Most powders for some reason have always felt caked on or heavy, so that's what I'm currently on the hunt for :)

If you're looking for a clean mascara, the one by Mineral Hygienics is really good and I think it's pretty natural. It's also not nearly as expensive as some natural mascaras are.

Wish mine only took me 15 minutes- skincare alone is 5-10 minutes. Makeup is probably 20-30. Is the Elate brow balm pretty easy to work with? Love your videos- I feel like you are a kindred spirit.

The 1 thing to feel ready for the day is to moisturize my face & of course brush my teeth & then put on my Kari gran lip whip but then that is 3 things lol I do them all in a row so it feels like 1 step to feeling ready.

Skincare routine should definitely be simple! All you really need is a gentle cleanser (and you only need to wash it once a day), a moisturizer, and sunscreen! Sunscreen in particular is very important, even if it's cloudy or you aren't going outside (rays come through the windows), and most sunscreens double as a moisturizer. To help hold in moisture, after washing your face, apply the moisturizer while your face is still damp :) it will help prevent trans-epidermal water loss.

I am 36 , but honestly I hate using so much products (serum, moisturizer, eye cream, sunscreen, etc.. plus the other make up products) that I end using almost nothing or doing unconsistently. I should probably focus on using just one thing and doing it consistently... but don't know if I should use more products because of my age.. Foundation for me is a no brainer for me though because I have some kind of freckles/ dark blemishes on my face, and I like to even it out.
