just a little warning about visiting boston and specifically cambridge this friday- there’s a relatively large music festival, boston calling, that is being held on the harvard commons!! it doesn’t start until mid afternoon but if you’re going apartment touring in that area tomorrow just be aware there may be tons of foot traffic around that time!!💓

in boston it definitely isn't easy to find your established friend group because as you said everyone comes here from different places and already has their friends/doesn't know each other. i definitely miss having that big friend group in college but i try to bring my variety of friends together to do stuff whenever we can

The place you live should totally be up between you and your future honey. It will definitely help narrow down and then checking cities or towns with jobs you be interested in. on ~settling down~ I’m from Virginia and I love it here! I know you’re not thinking about this but I just love my state so much and want everyone to come here haha There’s so many different parts! I’m from Virginia Beach and it’s the perfect mix of everything and I could see myself settling down here. There’s Richmond which is definitely more urban. There are the more country areas too but I like everything being centralized. One place I could really see myself settling down is Williamsburg because of the history, it’s pretty, not far from things, and tons of things to do!! Also Washington DC/northern va :) but it’s expensive to live up there. Also there’s four seasons!!! Even by the beach!!! It does snow here sometimes :)
