Pink Eye advice from an RN.... any make-up brushes & make-up that touched your eyes need to be replaced (they are contaminated now), also be sure to change your pillowcase daily until this has passed. Use a warm, moist washcloth as a compress to ease the discomfort. And of course use a clean washcloth each time. It's highly contagious & can be transferred onto objects such as doorknobs, steering wheels, etc. So if you think you touched your eye & then touched something else before washing your hands, then clean what you touched before someone else touches it & so you don't keep re-infecting yourself. If James touches the object you touched (i.e. doorknob) & then he happens to touch his eye before washing his hands, then he may get it.

K- don't laugh 😊 , tube socks. We put tube socks on our windshield wipers here in CO. No sticking to the glass. Just pull them off and go no fuss no muss. Looks silly but its better than the wipers tearing when you gotta scrape the snow and ice off. Also make up no make up you are a natural beauty just like your mom is!

Shanderela , I love having my kids out of the house and some still home! My 34 yr old son is out 33 yr old still home ,we share a home,he's such good company but we are roomates he cooks I cook, we share all chores. But during his off hours he games and writes in two novels. I enjoy his company,I quit telling him what to do at 14, actually I did that for all my kids. They knew rules if the broke them they paid the toll. Didn't let them get away wih much , and they are happy well ajusted people. God was head our house hold still is. Do you have heated seats, or a heated steering wheel? If not, you should look into a little electric thermal blanket that plugs into your cigarette lighter. They heat up so fast! You can sit on it, or drape it over your legs. They really are so worth it.

HIi Lexxy. I hope you are doing better. After home, get TWO small hand towels, one for each eye. Get two disposable cups, WARM WATER in each of them (one for each eye) dip the small towels and put the warm TOWELS over your eyes. Repeat as needed. You will feel so much better!

I feel for you. I’ve only had pink once and my son gave it to me when he was in elementary school. He didn’t get it bad but I got it real bad in both eyes. It was miserable for like 2 weeks for me. Eyes red and swollen and it was just so painful at all times when my eyes were open. It was like 8 years ago and I still remember just how awful it was.
