I’ve recently learned something that I really wanted to share because it’s so interesting. So today I got a test done and I learned my blood type. It basically says what foods are good and what foods are bad for your blood type. So many foods that I was eating were ruining my body. It also says It helps loose weight and just helps your body function properly. I hope this helps someone even if you don’t see this.
