Ane 😊 aww thank you! Well I started with 15-30 min light exercises and started to count my calorie intake. I used Remi’s Vlogs to motivate myself. Seeing Remi showing results with the healthy life style she made and how confident she looks made me want to change my eating habits as well. My best advice would be if it’s hard to dedicate 💯 % on your diet and you prefer working out well start with that little steps. It could be different for everyone though some people prefer to diet and skip the workouts but it helps to go little by little. Hope this helps ☺️
