Really is the best advice I have heard for new players. Using the tips in this vid, I had my Kosatka and Cayo Perico in 2 days... probably 10 hours total play time, not even a day if you grind it till its done. Now I can make 1.5 million literally whenever I need it. After failing miserably 20 different ways at Cayo Perico, I now have it down to a choreographed dance. Its stupid easy, I hope Rockstar doesn't end up nerfing it. 1.5 million is a $25 shark card . And that is exactly how they think about GTA... "how can we make earning money more frustrating without it being obvious?"

Absolutely agree! I've watched conservatively 25 videos on how to start in the best way possible in GTA online and a week later I'm nearly broke because of their advice to buy an apt in a good location so you can have a garage and to buy a bunker so you can start gun running, which as a new player it's nearly impossible to run any business missions without being stalked and killed by everyone in the game that is bored. Thank you so much for this video. I only wish I had seen it before I started so I could have saved up the bonus money instead of buying an expensive apartment and investing in a gun running business.

Free bunker is good for research only. Set staff to research only and buy supplies while you run cayo! Some things worth having esp. having a free bunker. (I'd buy staff & Equipment upgrade for time efficiency as well but isn't a MUST) joining a public session to buy the supplies is the most annoying part.

Yeah I was really hoping there would be sporadic Maude jobs. I am surprised there isn't a regular collectable cycle like Red Dead Online. Or even new ones with DLC. I had some reservations about playing GTA 5, mainly the slog of catching up to my friends who have played it before me. Cat made me reinstall GTA V after 5 years of hiatus. I sold some of my expensive cars and bought a penthouse and a Kosatka(luckily this one was on discount). Cayo Perico heist took me longer at first until I got so good at it that I was able to do the elite challenge at hard mode and now I have a stable source of income where I can just buy some stuff for fun like auto shop, nightclub and bunker(wanted my assault rifle upgrades which was based on the AK). Used to do heists back in the day and I know the Pacific Standard Kuruma apartment method before it was patched(by then I was already in hiatus at the time its patched) which was inconsistent income especially with randoms.

I have 716 million in this game and I’ve been playing since After Hours dlc was released. Cayo Perico and CEO crates at 2x $ has probably made up at least 75% of my total earnings. I watched the Cat’s GTA streams and this money making method to is legit in 2021. I really find it nearly impossible to motivate myself to source crates anymore. Bottom line is that R* needs to update all business payouts.

What most skilled and long time players fail to remember is the Cayo Perico heist is actually extremely hard at least for people who aren't skilled or new players. I mean I have played story mode for a year and a half and I still can barely do it. I recommend a maxed out agency for new players. The Dr Dre contract takes a little more time and less of a payout than cayo but it is so much easier to complete and pays really well for the amount of work you put in.
