Third baby and second time doing prenatal plan. Did your 12 week PP plan and followed your nutritional tips. Went from 167lbs to 132lbs in 4 months! This next baby is a c-section like the first two. She is my first girl and scheduled for 12/14 arrival this year! After a few weeks of recovery I'll be ready to complete 12 week PP plan again for new years resolution! I'm so pumped and grateful for your time efficient and effective workouts!

I was having so much sciatica pain today and was feeling weak and giving myself a million reasons to not work out. Make sure your ball is on carpet/rug/yoga mat to prevent slipping. Otherwise, it is an isometric core brace that stabilizes you and strengthens the core in a pregnancy-safe way. Love these workouts! First baby I didn't realize you had a prenatal plan, and came across your workouts at 3rd trimester so I would just cherry pick workouts. I've completed 12 WPP and 10 Minute Plan! Took a couple weeks off then jumping onto week 11 of prenatal plan this seems so much harder now haha!! I can't remember it being this challenging my first pregnancy. But all I was doing for baby 1 was cardio. Thanks Ashley for all your great workouts!

Congratulations on week 18 of your heathy pregnancy - I'm so happy to hear you're taking such good care of yourself (and your baby) following my Free Prenatal Program. This exercise demands core *stability* (different than core strength!). I need your legs a bit wider. Ensure the ball is between shoulder blades...not just under your neck! Find your center of balance before ever chest pressing and this will help. If you really need to, let your ball deflate just a little bit and this will regress the exercises (make them easier so you can better balance). Your core stability AND core strength will increase exponentially if you follow the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan once your baby arrives, I'll get you stronger than you were pre-baby!

Hey, it's Ashley. Let me know your first name so I can address you appropriately. Congrats on your pregnancy! What you are referring to is compression of the vena cava. This is the major pathway for blood delivery during pregnancy and being on your back for a long time when your baby is heavier (late 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester) has the potential to reduce blood supply - which we never want. Here's the big HOWEVER, though. You would feel symptoms such as lightheadness and dizzy. It would feel so uncomfortable for you that you'd immediatley get out of that positon. It's extremely rare, and more likely for very heavy women who sleep all night on their back. You will certainly not have any risks associated with vena cava compression in brief exercises in any of my workout program. www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts

Shaking shaking shaking! And as I am doing this my daughter was attempting to put the cardboard moustache that comes on the screaming sicilian box in my nose... She is 1
