I think one of the worst parts about eczema is the hyper-pigmentation *especially* on the face and eyelids.

I had a bad case of facial eczema once. Once things calmed down a bit with the oral steroids, my derm told me to get a little bit of sun. After several years, the eczema has burned itself out and disappeared. Never though I'd be able to shave with a blade razor again. Stay strong for those dealing with something similar.

I never had eczema. But when I was placed in a stressful environment last year, with minimal sleep, I started having severe eczema on my face, eyelids, neck and ears! When I left that place, my eczema disappeared. But it still comes back every now and then this time.. thank you for the tips. I don't use steroids anymore and these tips have been helping keep my eczema from flaring. Still working on the diet tho, which played a huge part

I get facial eczema when I consume too much sugar, processed carbs or alcohol. Sugar is the worst trigger.

Thank you so much for posting this video. I completed an candida cleanse diet and found that avoiding wheat gluten, corn, dairy, shellfish and starchy veggies as well as high sugar fruits, helped me get my skin under control. Eucerin cream wash along with Sappho hill oatmeal soap cleanse my skin while keeping my skin balanced and soft. I also lather on Eucerin eczema cream lotion in the shower, I hen seal it in with Shea butter and use cocoa butter for hyperpigmentation. I’m going to start sealing it all in with African castor oil, I feel better and enjoy your videos, they are great 😊

I'm a dude, but this really helped. Though I am more prone to dermatitis, but that's eczema adjacent. The cream the doctor gave me did absolutely nothing to help. It was so bad I had to shave my beard.

I wash my face with oil- coconut, avocado, rose hip, jojoba etc and it works wonders. Apply oil of choice on dry skin, rinse with warm water, then rinse with cool/cold water to close your pores, locking in moisture and calming the itch response, pat dry and follow up with a moisturizer. Hope this helps someone out there
