HI thank you my name is Starhawk and I am a male. I was having a hot flash with anxiety as I tapped along with your video and I feel better and so much less hot. I find myself smiling from the relief. My hot flashes perhaps should be called hot flushes as they are not quite the same as what women have. My hot flashes happen after I eat. I have to eat very little and only pure simple food or I get a hot flash with severe fatigue and some anxiety and nausea. I am glad you reminded me that every disease has an emotional component. Also you gave me hope that I can perhaps relieve my flashes with eft sooner than I thought. I love the idea of "letting them go". thanks for sharing your compassionate wisdom. Starhawk

I'm glad this one helped! Since you have a variety of things going on, I recommend you work with all my videos. I think you'll especially benefit from the "Discover the True Cause of Your Pain" one, but you may make very good use of ALL of them. Since I have over 30 out right now, the easiest way to have them all in one place is to subscribe to my channel on KZbin. My next video (probably will produce it this weekend) is about digestion and indigestion, and the ability to take in new information and let go of the old. This sounds like it will be perfect for you! Thanks so much for your great comments--I appreciate them--and you!

I have had hot flashes for the past 7 years. I do not take any meds, hormones or other. I figure hot flashes are a normal process for my body. But I am certainly open to trying EFT Tapping. Crossing my fingers for the hot flashes to be gone. I will continue to do EFT tapping and hope for success.

I must have really needed that because I burst into tears in the opening statement and pretty much sobbed for the entire time. I will try to use this video daily to help alleviate my hot flashes and all of the beliefs I have stuck inside about my worth and value related to the condition of my body. Thank you for addressing this subject.

Thank you, that was useful. After thinking about it, I'm pretty sure I'm holding on to fear in connection to seeing my mother and other people go thru menopause, and I think that is affecting me. We don't 'have' to have a horrible menopause that happens to some!

We learn so much from our mothers....about life, love and our bodies...but we are not our mothers. Once we realize we can have our own, completely different experience, it can be totally liberating! Thanks for the great feedback Heather.

👋🏽hello, Geez...I just put in tapping for hot flashes and this came up. 5 years later and I'm seeing this. I did the tapping sequence and we'll see what happens. I took myself off my ert hormone patch 6 weeks ago after being on them for over 23 years!!! The hot flashes are kicking my butt 😮. I'm on day 4 of a bottle of herbal menopause supplements. They may be starting to help very little. I'm going to add your tapping routine to my regimen and will keep you updated on any progress!!! I'm grateful 🙏🏽 that I found you ❤️

Sharon I've just turned 56 . And hot flashes are back. Wrecking my sleep . I agree with what you said . I thought oh god 4 years and I will be 60. I don't want to get old . But as you said . I have wisdom . Im also very intuitive. I'm glad I still have this gift even at 56. As I have been intuitive since I was 16. Lol I always know when my body is going to through a change . I sing "changes ". By will young. This sometimes mean also letting go of relationships. It hurts. But I want to be loved and appreciated. If I can't have that. I would rather be on my own . I have been also doing eft for about 3 years now .

Hi Shirley, I'm contacting some of the women who have responded to this video because I'm getting ready to do something new. I am going to run a closed Facebook group for women who are currently having hot flashes due to menopause. It will be a beta test group as I will be creating videos and doing FB live in the group based on information, input and feedback from the members. I will ultimately use all of this to create a product that I can market. Group members (I'm capping this at 30) will each receive a copy of this work as my gift. This group is free to join, and is designed to get rid of hot flashes. I know it will work because I've done it a bunch before (even my short KZbin video works), but I want to create some deeper and more lasting work. I also think this sounds like an absolute blast! Let me know if you're interested. My email is Sharon@aPainPlan.com

I am so grateful I found your video. You hit the bullseye with what you were saying about getting older. Fear of being alone, not looking young anymore and running out of time is what came up for me. I also do believe I brought these on myself. I started to have a hotflash as I was tapping with you but it quickly released. I'm excited to see how my day progresses. I will come back and post tomorrow. Thank you so very much!
@sharonosmith6 жыл бұрын
Wonderful, Christina! ...and don't be too hard on yourself with the notion of "brought these on myself"....there's a LOT of pressure on women.....some of it very subtle. I also feel I should mention here that I'm currently 61 :) Aging doesn't have to be an awful thing.

Thank you. You look amazing at your age! Here's my update. I had a few more very mild hot flashes several hours later within a few hours of each other but they were so short and mild that I almost didn't notice them. Later in the evening a I had few more that were a little more intense but as soon as I thought about doing this tapping again, they vanished. I am going to do this once a day in the mornings and if can during a hot flash and see what happens. This is exciting!

@christinamattson65206 жыл бұрын
Funny I was just thinking of tapping for the hot flashes again and you sent this message. I have not done any tapping for several weeks because they went away but then I had some mild ones occasionally. In the last week they have come back several times per day but are fairly mild, I also have been having trouble staying asleep so I am very tired during the day. This stress on my body could be stirring up another side of them, especially since I do physical labor during the day. I am also in the process of leaving my job to do something completely different and have been worrying about money which also seems to trigger them. I have also been having them at night or directly upon waking up. I just did your tapping again and I think I will do it before bed to see what happens. Thank you so much for your videos.
