I think the "easy treatment" part got cut off? I eat healthy and am not diabetic or pre diabetic. I have one toenail with fungus for the past 9 years. I've tried so many home remedies, OTC drug store meds, and even 2 rounds of oral lamisil. Do I resort to having it removed? What kind of doctor does that procedure? Do podiatrists? Thank you. 🙂

This is very true. I passed out at work. My husband looked at my blood work and came up with a food diet to eat. I couldn't move so I had to eat it or starve 😊 so I gave in and ate😂 I noticed my feet clear up. At first I thought it was because I wasn't wearing my steel toe boots, but I noticed my time of the month (period) also went back to normal, my stomach didn't feel like I had a rock in it and ect. But he figured in his head I knew what I was doing. I didn't. So a year later I'm having half the problems because I did remember half. It's funny because I was just telling him I need to know what he told and feed me. I was doing Donovan Green chair exercises. Which is funny because people say it old people exercise, but really it shows the didn't do it. Great workout for beginners, but also a great workout over all. I unfortunately stopped. But my husband keep doing it and I literally saw a different in his energy and the body fat he had a hard time getting rid of from doing his exercises. I understand now I have to read the labels. But I'm like in the first grade with this so I'm hoping to get it down pack by this time next year. Where it's just normal. But I have great people like Dr. Tom helping and reminding me why this is so important. So I'm always thankful for the time you take to educate us. Because so many just don't care.❤😊❤ matter of fact I'm going to send this to my mom. I tell her she's not going to listen. But your a doctor she would listen asap😂

It seems that our selfcare and attention to diet and exercise move to background.
