I had a cuboid avulsion fracture 4 weeks ago. Im still not walking right and it's painful at times too.... especially at the end of the day. I've noticed that particular area is bulging out a bit. I'm going to try these techniques to pop it back in and get some new shoes. Thank you

When diabetes 2 was cured several years ago, it was found to be caused by a minerals deficiency in one's diet. If the proper supplements are added to your diet, diabetes goes away and never returns. (The sad fact is most doctors know this, and criminally conceal it!)

It’s very very hard to believe that you are doctor after watching this video… guys be careful there’s a lot of this information, remember diseases develop really slowly… this guy what he’s talking about is wishful thinking.

Be very careful with taking vitamins if you have or may have diabetes... There are vitamins specifically designed for people with diabetes type 2 and 1..

Dr. Dean Ornish published a study in The Lancet in 1990 named "Can lifestyle changes reverse coronary heart disease?". The Lancet is a weekly peer-reviewed general medical journal and one of the oldest of its kind. Dr. Ornish was able to show a reversal of heart disease using a plant based diet. It is 34 years later and there has not been one study showing that an animal based diet could slow heart disease, let alone reverse it. Ask yourself this question, why haven't the multi-billion dollar beef, pork, poultry and dairy industries funded a study attempting to replicate Dr. Ornish's results using their products in the last 34 years?

Yes, i have prediabetes. I usually wear socks 24/7. My feet feel like they are always cold but they aren't when I touch them. I am pretty sure I got my toenail fungus from getting pedicures! Sadly I'm very sick now. I hardly eat, have no appetite except for carbs, esp sweets. I have gove from 125 down to 105 as of last week. My Dr doesnt even notice.

After my diagnosis of Osteopinia and Osteoporosis, I asked my primary dr if K2 would help, and she told me, no! She told me to take 1200 mg of calcium, Vitamin D and weight bearing exercises! However she did offer the nasty meds that give you all kinds of nasty side effects! Im very happy i found you!

Great info about it, as a new runner Ive been recently been having issues in my left foot 20 minutes into a run where that part starts feeling numb and the tight hamstring tip sounds really good. I noticed that my left foot hamstring is noticeably tighter than my right one, and on the right it has 0 pain on the forefoot. Also great that biking is an option because even though I wont use it to do hitt training it would be really useful to mantain or improve my aerobic fitness to return to running faster than before I don’t have money to purchase expensive stretching equipment so going to do it manually on the daily and on top add like a weekend stretching routine for the other muscles to prevent other issues in the future since I have the goal of running a 10k before the end of the year. In a month If I don’t forget I come over to see if theres any improvement
