I grew cartilage after being diagnosed with bone to bone osteoarthritis at 65. Leg brace stabilized my knee and chiropractor realigned my pelvis so limp was eliminated. Muscles tightened in my back resulting in my pelvis becoming misaligned. Correcting it helped with pain. No expensive injections.

I am doing fine with minimalist shoes, and my feet been benefitting from them. I do have really wide feet that my feet is just to wide and to get xtra-wide shoes which didn’t work. I also have problems with my hallux toes just destroying or altering shoes with tight toe boxes, and I am pretty much strong and never got a broken bone

I broke my ankle this September by stupidly tried to take a short cut by jumping off the fence: three bones are broken after landing with my ankle taking my full weight, 3 months have passed after being in the cast, wheel chair and crutches, and am now back in my daily life. I would like to send my gratitude to this youtube video that helped me understand the situation when I was full of anxieties not able to walk or to have a normal life. Thank you❤

2:55 this is a very tangential comment to this video, but I think you meant put "the barbell on your back" rather than "the squat rack on your bar"? the squat rack is the structure that holds the barbell in place for safety, the barbell is the actual metal bar you load with weights an put on your back, that you're showing in that picture

What if the top of your foot hurts, not the bottom, originating at the ankle and you cant lift your big toe as high as normal? It all started with sciatica L4-S1 on Right side only. I wear Birkenstock sandles an On tennis shoes, both are helping. This is the best comprehensive video that I have seen!

My experience is that the powders turn the inside of your shoes into pancakes. Also, freezing my shoes did nothing. Vinegar straight or apple cider did nothing for me. There are different fungusesesesssesss,, and they adapt to the OTC stuff so I alternated several and that really helped. Confuse the fungus. LOL

I got athletes foot in 1978. It started with a fungus under my big toe nails on both sides. A line began going from the tip towards my foot. I filed down the nail and put OTC stuff on it. Tea tree oil and many others. Vicks etc. Nothing worked. Soaked in vinegar. I read somewhere that the fungus will adapt to the OTC stuff,, I think this is the reason that when I tried a different product that I got some relief so I kept using the same product which in time didn't work because the fungus was adapting. So now I change products every day and finally I'm almost fungus free. I can still detect a much lighter issue. Clotrimazole, Lamisil, Tinactin etc. I also used FUNGI CURE wash but leave it on all day. This stuff really raised hell with the fungus. I had layers of skin peeling off and things got better. Then while in Mazatlan Mexico I discovered a product called UNAS. This stuff caused the skiin around the nails of my big toes to turn red and peel off. I've filed down the thick nail and treated them and now they are clear. It also really helped elsewhere. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in 1980. Then I was told that anyone who doesn't have diabetes is pre-diabetic. Duh!! None of the doctors I've been to told me about this information here. THANK YOU!! I'm almost fungus free, I will change my diet, I will put my feet into the sun, and continue another six months of alternate otc treatments. I also clean my shower every day. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Thanks for putting this out. I should mention that fat-free plain Greek yogurt (no additives) is high in protein, a low-glycemic food, and a healthy source of probiotics, calcium, and protein. As far as butter, health organizations continue to recommend limiting saturated fats, prevalent in butter, due to their potential to raise LDL cholesterol and increase heart disease risk. Also, eggs contain a high amount of saturated fat, so they should only be consumed in moderation-maybe 2-4 eggs a week. Other than these foods he covered, good info!

My cardiologist prescribed warfarin as a precaution against clots, i told him ive been taking nattokinase for years, he said to stop taking it and was against taking it because it has K2 . My brand has the K2 removed but i take a K2 supplement with my D3. I've looked up info on K2 and some say it does affect clotting and some say it doesn't. Either way the Dr would not check that I was free of clots and I have no way of knowing if natto is effective.

I've broken so many bones I've lost count. ribs, wrist, ankle, heel, face, fingers, toes, knee... yesterday I slammed my toe in mountain bike shoes that were too small for me. I didn't even feel the hit, but 24 hours later one of the most painful blunt injuries i've ever had. pain is rockstar level.

I'm taking serrepeptase principally for thinning lung secretions (I have a resident lung infection and also a tracheostomy tube). Secondaries I use it for pain relief and as a biofilm buster for presure ulcers. I find it works for secretions thinning and pain.

What if the dr says "hmm. That happe s sometimes." When it's been running at 150+/100+, steady not dropping below. My father had to have foam shot into his veins. Raging high BP after this. Severe.pain in left leg all the way to his hip. Massive migraine. Weakness. The vein dr is who blew it off. Even the pain. My dad is no sissy either. He hardly complains of pain. But this has been awful. Debilitating. Confusing. Motor skills going goofy. He went to his family dr who prescribed a 2nd medicine, which has not helped at all...he's doing all he can to lower it. While the drs ignore him. I have found As many natural remedies as I can. I'm scared.
