That's HPV. Sadly these methods do not work. HPV is a blood virus. Congrats. I have them too. If they spread that aggressively, 70% chamce of HPV. if you have children, check and ask about a shot for it. I think they have to be no older then 14 or so for the shot

I had one the doctor could not freeze away. It was right near my thumb where a pencil would rest when writing. I ended up using the duck tape method. Took about 6 week's and I had done regualr salt water soaks (I wanted that B gone) by the time week 6 came the skin was super soft and so I gouged the remaining warty bits out from the layer of epidermis it had settled into. Never came back after that.

@@deerush1388 The patches and their provided pads are enough. Sometimes they come off at 34 or 18 hrs, just put it back on or put another on. You rarely need to use the whole pack. No duct tape necessary. Xxxx even if they come off they still work because the medication has been absorbed into your skin /the affected area already- trust the process. ( don't use duct tape) ' pro tip : put it on as you get into bed so it has time to stick on - the pads really help especially if you're going to walk on it immediately. Xxx

@@cambowsher0613 6$ is less than a roll of duct tape. And duct tape is not 100 percent effective and you have to use a lot of it. It ends up not being cheaper because it doesn't go away or go away as quickly abd you keep having to treat it for longer. It also causes skin rashes and irritation. Which is more money to fix them. The Scholls one is usually effective without even using all of the patches so you have more effective treatment left over if it happens again or to anyone else in your family. :) xxx most people have 6$ xxx and more effective accurate treatment is better for your health longterm : preventative health care xxxx

This works but plantar warts can be in hard to tape places plus the tape can cause a red rash when left too long on surrounding skin. 😢

@@Deathling88 distraction and redirection over and over and over for a couple of days. I kept telling her the tape was a non-negotiable and replacing the tape when she pulled it off-no punishment, just consistent in that she had to follow through and why. In order to give her some input and control over the situation, she got to pick the tape colors. 🙃👍🏼

Ummm, there're much faster ways. The medication over the counter can remove it after a week or so. Especially if you soak it before you put the medicine on.

I have the weirdest story. When I was like 11, I had a HORRIBLE case of planters warts. Like 20 on each foot. I went to multiple doctor and tried everything but they wouldn’t go away. After months of this, I went to a pediatrist and he said to color all my warts with sharpie. My mom and I were confused but I did what he told me to. Within 2 weeks, my warts were gone and I’ve not had any since. I’m 27 now. I’m not sure what the science was behind that or what happened but it worked.

If this doesn't work, there is liquid nitrogen, creams, and acids you can get at the doctor. My hands were covered in warts in elementary school, and nothing seemed to work. I was desperate for them to go away, since other kids made nasty comments. I remember going to the doctor constantly and them trying to burn the warts off. After several years of trying, the only thing that eventually worked was high strength liquid salicylic acid. If you aren't able to see a doctor, you can usually get salicylic acid at a local pharmacy. A common brand is Compound W. Just please make sure you read the instructions and don't put it near your eyes!

No, sorry :( people still try though but this greatly aggravates symptoms instead of ever helping. Laser therapy, cryotherapy, and excisions done either by shaving it down or dissecting it are the only ways to effectively manage and treat that. All done in-office unfortunately 😢 wish that wasn’t the case, but knowing this at least can save you from spending some wasted money on gimmicks that only serve to worsen things hopefully ❤

I had one on my thumb. It took about the same time but I used nail polish on the wort. I had to type wash dishes just alot and the tape is not going to stay but nail polish did. And yes afet the first file down it stung a bit but went away. This was over 15 yrs ago still have my finger and the wort hasn't returned.

My granma thought me a waaaaaay faster method, and has worked for me and multiple people in my family. Get aspirin, grind it, and with a drop of apple cider vinegar make a paste. Cover the wart with it (like a little mount), and then cover it (can use a bandaid, or a bit of tape, or some of that medical tape). Replace the paste every morning (or if you are like my kid and the tape has fallen off mid day, then repeat at night as well). It usually takes about 10-15 days. And after that they don't come back. Has worked for me, my kid, and my mom who had an stubborn one, that had been frozzen multiple times, and with the aspirin it was gone

U crush a clove of fresh garlic and mix it with iodine, apply it to wart ans put a bandaid on it, (i added some solution to the bandaid too) and then reapply the solution one a day for a couple days and 1-2 weeks later it dries up and is gone.
