Hi, I have moved to house that has a Ideal Logic combi c24 with a RX1-S receiver and a RET2000B - RF. However, the mechanical timer on the boiler is not working. Therefore, I bought a TP5001RF to pair with the existing RX1-S receiver, but it's not pairing. Any advice?

Looks like Danfoss don't want to answer your question. I think they don't like talking to end users
