You certainly don't need a degree to invest in real estate, but you can pick and choose classes that are related such as: accounting, architecture, bookkeeping, business law, carpentry, economics, electrical engineering, entrepreneurship, finance, hotel management, plumbing, masonry, structural engineering and surveying. You can also work part-time at a hardware store, home center or supply house.

Thanks for the video, very informative. Although I was wondering how can a foreign student, obviously on a student visa, get to legally indulge in real estate (most preferably wholesale and the down payment method), or maybe this is strictly just for the respective citizens of that country. Please reply I desperately need answers to this 😫

My quick answer is I don't know. I have seen plenty of foreign citizens buy property in the US. But i am not familiar with the loan programs or visa requirements. Let me know if you find out!

Great content Chad! I wish I would've gotten my Realtor license in college before we got into rentals.

Yeah, it makes so much sense! I was playing football, but I think it would've been a good summer gig in between wind sprints and workouts! Ha.
