1. Affinity have done their homework because their nailed the host. Will is an awesome figure, very well see in the KZbin graphic design community, good choice. I hope there will be more video 2. I’ve payed for your full suite, but I’m still paying and using Adobe. I would love to make the switch but for now I still don’t feel comfortable. I would like more high quality content tutorial and some features to be better (like remove tool in ps, image trace in ai, …) to make the switch

Bought all 3 - then Canva bought them, and now I'm torn with how long Affinity products will exist. I'm on hold using them until I get an answer.

**Important** Did anyone remember to remind the respective company who keep in silent the that the issue we face since the last update about No Thumbnail in MAC still not fixed, telling us the new OS has changed and when we asked what are your engineers doing during the Beta OS they did not answer back, .....And the right to left writing support that we are requesting since V1 not yet available even worth the support team replying that it is not even in Plan ( Half of the world write in right to left ) are you going to do something about all these issues that we are facing?

You need all three and StudioLink is only part of Affinity Publisher.

I’m curious. Will open files you’ve saved in Adobe programs? I have quite a few templates in both Illustrator and InDesign and would want to make sure I’d be able to open them and re-save them in the Affinity programs.

Illustrator files can be opened directly in Affinity Designer, as the app reads the embedded PDF data within the Illustrator files. Designer cannot export Illustrator files, but Designer can export layered PDF files, which an be opened in Illustrator. Photoshop files can be opened directly in Affinity Photo, and Photo can export out to PSD file format. InDesign files must first be exported out as IDML files before Affinity Publisher can open them. Publisher does not export INDD nor IDML files.

@ thanks! If I ever make the switch, I’ll want to know first if I’ll be able to use my Adobe files. Adobe is getting more and more expensive and I just do graphic design work for people here and there as a side hustle.

Hello, it's a pity that your products are available for Windows and Mac but not for Linux. One of the few programs I now miss on Linux is your suite. How's it looking, is there anything coming? Unfortunately, your software can't even be emulated on Linux, which is really a shame.
