I just bought a Singer Heavy Duty Denim and I'm very happy but I have a problem 😥 With the lighter and thinner fabrics i notice that the machine does a lot more noise: every time the needle pierce the fabric, It make a loud hit noise. What should be? Pls help me! 🙌🏼😭

this is a very good machine but I wanted to ask if is a way to slow it down a bit? as light as I press the foot it still runs really fast. thank you.

What I have learned is that if you can make the tiniest little taps on the presser foot, your needle will only move one stitch or a fraction of it. It's very helpful!

How is the denim machine different from.the other heavy duty machines in the current series? Is the motor stronger like the commercial grade or is this the same heavy duty machine with a new name?

Hi! They are very similar. The HD Denim was a previous model, but the current HD series is great with denim. Just make sure if its thicker denim, to use a denim/jean needle. Thank you! -TB

Hi Singer company, I have the Singer Featherweight 117 model and i don't know how to select the stitches (A-H) in red because step by step instructions for that is not in the manual. I hope u can help me.😢

Can I adjust the zigzag setting while it's running or should I stop then change the size? I want to achieve a narrow to broad stitches (more like applique) for free motion embroidery but I'm not sure if I this machine can do that? If not, is there any other machine that can do that other than the big embroidery machine one? Thanks!
