Very good informative video. Quick question: I recently purchased my Phoenix and have started using it. I have a nice Red Light therapy sleeve that I use on an old knee injury. Can I use my Red Light sleeve over my Penis Pump on my off days or would that be over doing things to use along with the Phoenix treatments? Thanks again for all your informative videos.

What about a simple heating pad and wrap it around the cylinder. I’m sure red light is best, but much more expensive

Use a red light panel on your balls increase testosterone massively. Especially for over 30s where testosterone starts to reduce. Its made a big difference for me, Pumps are hard work no one talks about. Gotta put it in the device the correct way or you wont get a good session n have to try again. Tip is try to allow shaft on the upper part of hole.

@@BIG_DRUI believe it does increase test somehow. I’ve been on trt for 10 yrs so the balls have shrunk considerably. 3 weeks of RTL shining on my junk has made the boys plump back up.

After go’ogling around, I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol
