Hi, Tera! I bought my NuFace device 5 years ago, and I used it like 4/5 a week. Everything was going great until it stoped beeping. As I don’t live in the US, I couldn’t find someone to fix it and it ends in a drawer. A friend of mine told me she had the same problem but her device even with no beep worked the same. So I decided to give it a try and now, I am using it and count to five before moving to another area. I noticed that in your video you are not using the NuFace Gel Primer anymore. Is it a new product? Does it work with the classic device I have?

I have the nuface device. However my skin keeps breaking out because of the gel. I have very sensitive skin. Is there something I can place between my skin and the gel to help with this problem?

Google for a medical image of where your thyroid is and avoid that area - center of neck shove the clavicle.
