Honestly bro, I've been so focused on writing lyrics and tryna get my voice right, I haven't been able to really work on learning GarageBand as much as I should. You probably just saved me a ton of time with this. I have an iPad pro, a scarlett 2i2, and an okay mic. I bet I'll finally be able to get decent vocals with your advice. I made one song on my phone on GarageBand my cousin was really shocked it sounded just like the studio and I couldn’t do it again!! Wow those vocals settings work very good. So I do music on another channel. I have a lower voice than u and mines nasal. I found out if i record a second vocal track singing slightly higher and mix the 2 it evens out to a pretty good sound

Yes! So, on the App Store you would download the application. If it doesn’t appear in GarageBand under “Audio Unit Extensions” tab then that means that you probably have the audio unit extensions ability disabled for GarageBand. If that’s the case and you don’t see the “audio unit extensions tab” with any AUv3 plugins that you have downloaded on your phone then you have to go to your iPhone’s settings and enable them. In the settings app type in “GarageBand” in the search bar and the application settings should pop up. Then scroll down and make sure that the “enable Apple-designed audio unit extensions” tab is green. After that reopen GarageBand and any of your downloaded plugins, including zero reverb, should appear in the “audio unit extensions” tab. I know this was lengthy but I hope it helps! :)

I appreciate this. Was struggling with mixing the vocals. Quick question. I’ve seen 2 other videos from 2 other people before seeing yours. It appears I do not have the upside down triangle to save my presets. You’re using your iPhone the other 2 like myself using an iPad. They also had this triangle at the top left of their screens. However as always my issue is never anyone else’s and I do not have that on mine. I have the save icon the 3 little screens the mic eq and fix but no little triangle and my save button just saves the project. And takes me to a page with all my saved programs. How the heck do I save my presets?
