I use my iPad Pro 4th generation a few times a week..That's why I usually keep it off at 60-70% charge..Do you think I'm doing it right or would it be healthier to leave it open? Lastly, the Apple Pencil 2nd generation remains off with 60% charge, do you think this is harmful?

I personally like to have multiple home screens for different use cases, such as productivity, entertainment, maps and navigation because I don’t like to have folders on the Home Screen, meaning there are too many apps for just one screen - I use Focus to show/hide some of those home screens automatically though.

The cons? Well, I do miss the home button a little bit. I use the virtual home button that floats positions but usually stays in the lower right of the screen. It often gets hit at the wrong times, however, and can get in the way of the virtual keyboard but overall it’s okay. The size, looks, and functionality of this iPad surpasses all expectations. Great storage space, never runs out (yet, anyway). Love it and will absolutely upgrade with another iPad when ready.

@@ThisIsE iPad is a computer by the definition. I think it's better to say it is not your typical laptop because it lacks a proper file + window management feature. Multi-tasking feel awkward because the iPad OS is designed with the focus of using one or two app at most on the screen.

Not sure whether the “why not” about the weight of the keyboard was serious, but it has to be heavier than the iPad because it would tip over otherwise as its a floating design and doesnt have the feet in the back supporting like other keyboard cases. Just like with a laptop, if the screen would be heavier than the keyboard part, it would just fall on its back

Yes, it does, but the Pitaka case is more slippery, making the rotation process a bit more difficult as it might slip out in one-handed rotation. If it’s without the Pitaka case, it glues into place.

It’s still a computer because the cpu that’s inside the iPad computes every small & big task being performed, but I think I kinda get what u meant, by the way is it possible to use a 2017 iPad pro 2nd gen to an external monitor like the new pro?

Maybe i'm odd but never found the use for the pencil with my Ipad Pro. I can't draw at all (stick figures if i'm lucky) and my writing is messy and slow, typing is much quicker I find so didn't see the use of it. Maybe one day if I find a good cheap one (i'm talking $20 to $30 Pen) but if i'm not going to draw or write with it can't see what else there is.

@@ThisIsE Ok.. here is a list of apps I plan to use.. Fender Play, its a guitar lessons app with human instructors created by Fender.. Gibson Guitar lessons app, Fender Tone, a app that allows you to change, edit and create effects and preset on my Fender GTX guitar amp.. Marshall Gateway, does the same thing as the Fender tone but for Marshall Code 25 and 50 watt amps.. The Spark app, an app for the Positive Grid Spark modeling amp.. Katana Librarian and the Katana Air app, apps for the Boss Katana MKII guitar amps.. Mantis from the Laser Academy, an app used to dry fire indoor target practicing, this app utilizes the camera to stare and targets and keep score, and finally, Final Cut Pro... I have it on my mac mini but apparently I have to get another copy for the tablet.. so based on all of this, which would you go with, the 12.9 or the 11?
