I have had no issues with it at all. So far so good, easy to check my oil levels and the filter under the bike is doing a great job..

Pretty sure, not certain though, if you are running a stock bike, you could probably get away with using the brass vent and not the hose and filter. Anyone know this for sure? Also, did you notice a difference in the smoothness the motor seems to run after being vented? I vented my heads to keep the oil from going into my throttle body into a DK Customs catch can and it just seems to run smoother. SEMPER FI!

Hey, so if you don’t use the hose, if it does vent you’ll get oil all over the back of the bike and engine. You could obviously use it without as you said but I’d rather catch it than let it vent all over the engine and back of the bike. User preference of course. I have not noticed anything major on the smoothness side but I’m sure it helps✌️

That looks easy enough, and a good idea to ease the crankcase pressure. Have you checked out the A1 vented dip stick? It allows the air to go both ways instead of having the valve check like the Fueling has. Also, you have to take the hose off to check the oil. On the other hand it's only a little over $100.
