The Musi-oa-Tunya, also named by David Livingston as Victoria falls, is a huge 1.7km blanket of waterfall, of which 1.2km is on the Zambian side and ONLY 500m on the Zimbabwean side. On the Zambian side, is devil's pool, angel's pool, knife-age bridge, boiling pot, and Livingstone island. When David Livingston first saw the falls, he was standing on Livingstone island and had a spiritual experience-the power and presence of Nzambi. Before he died at Chitambo village in central Zambia, he requested that his heart be buried in Zambia, where he had seen the power of Nzambi.
