If I live in CT and get my type 54 license can I legally use 1.3 Fireworks in my state. My state only allows ground sparklers aka nothing that goes boom or flys. I would like to get my license but if I can't do shows in my state then what's the point?

Adam Underwood The ATF Type 54 allows you to purchase and transport 1.3 fireworks. The distributors listed in the video sell these larger types of fireworks in the states I listed. I live in Pennsylvania , it is a sparkler , ground base fountain state similar to yours. Pennsylvania has over 300 ATF fireworks license issued. I can not give a complete education in this paragraph about how things are done. I would suggest you network with people in your area that are fireworks enthusiast to learn more.
