Speaking of the power of dua in Ramada, Today me and my sister's were going to umra so we left our house heading to the buss station on foot at 2 in the afternoon and it was so hot, the bus station is 7 minutes away from us, I said a dua o Allah make it easy for us, the next minute a taxi driver offered us a free drive to the (Haram) and I was like oh Allah that was very fast 😂😂

Since I’ve started putting a bit of lemon juice in my water for iftaar and suhoor, I feel like I’m definitely more energised during my fasts so I’d say it’s worth a try!

I think a big factor is the time change, we had it literally 1-2 days before Ramadan started and it messes up our circadian rhythm a lot, which dictates almost all of our body’s natural functions/rhythms, without us realizing it bc as adults we push through it until we’re okay. Also, coconut water is amazing for hydration! It’s been saving me to drink a cup @ suhur to avoid migraines. You may not like the taste but Costco brand is the lesser evil for that 😂

When I was living in DC I lost my gold earring and couldn’t find it for monthsss. Even when I was moving out of my apartment and going back home to Nashville I remember I looked for it and still couldn’t find it. Went home to Nashville, and after almost a year my family moved from one house to another within the same city. THE DAY WE MOVED, as the movers were moving our boxes into our new house, I saw something shiny on the ground outside the new house. Although, some people say that when your things randomly go missing, sometimes it’s the jinn that take it…which is why some people will make Salah upon the prophet or make du’ah/mention the name of God and the jinn will return your belongings lol
