I am a registered nurse in UK. There are so many drawbacks and risk in this… first of all the Expences would be around 2- 4 lacks INR. Tickets , OSCE fees, food and accommodation… secondly if someone fails first attempt it would take another 1-2 months to get another exam date. So the expenses will also go up. Besides at the moment the vacancy for nurses is less as compared to past. Many nursing homes and NHS trust do not provide Certificate of sponsorship.

In newzeland also same thing is happening people have to spend more than 10 Lakhs .and nowadays they are going back and later they are applying for the job .Government changed the rules only because nurses where recruited to uk on free of cost but asoon as they reached here they are moving to other countries nhs trust me are loosing their money and the right candidates they are losing opportunity

It is always better to clear the language test and CBT from India. Utilize free online resources for CBT and OSCE, as most employers provide free OSCE training. Don’t fall for this please Iam a registered nurse in uk Done osce without any sponsorship it cost me around 2000 pounds for exam training and stay travel It was ok for me because iam working in uk But it will not be that easy for people who are coming from india and another problem people face nowadays is there is no nhs vacancies available for band 5 And also for care homes they are asking for at least 6 months post registration experience in the uk How is that possible if people are coming in visiting visa Hope everyone will use your brain before jumping into this pit
