Don’t compel any parents to have their medications.. if they’ve capacity and refuses the medication, just document it and inform the medical team.. and if any patient asks for their medication which was not been prescribed, inform the on duty doctor and document it. Always ask permission and get a verbal consent from patient before each nursing interventions.If you’re not confident to do any procedure or documentation, always consult with the team leader before doing it.

Yes stressful....If no mental capacity, go to medical team for covert medication and if have mental capacity, they have right to refuse medicine and inform medical team that, they can turn it liquid or crushed form..and whatever our part is clear...

Great info..JCI experienced aaya quality nurses nu oet clear cheythu job kittunnilla but without experienced oet cleared aayavarkku job provide cheythavarkkum labhichavarkkum kurachu kazhiyumbol karyangal kalangum😂.Pinney healthcare system in European countries is below par compared to India.Oru appointment edukkan thanney masangal😅.So planning is must b4 getting job in any country.

I am damn sure you can switch to Hospitals soon if u get there.They will recognize the value of JCI experience and quality within matter of time.Anyway we are going through the same situation nd changing plans accordingly.All the best 👍

IELTS പണ്ട് എല്ലാം 7 ബാൻഡിന് മുകളിൽ വേണമായിരുന്നു ഇപ്പോ വന്നു കുറച്ചല്ലേ. ആർക്കും അത് ഈസിയായി പാസ്സാകാൻ അവസ്ഥയാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ നാട്ടിലെ ആർക്കും കയറി വരാം. വരുന്ന പലർക്കും ഇപ്പോഴേ ഭയങ്കര തലക്കനം ആണ്

@@shibinthomas505 2004 മുതൽ IELTS വേണം. അല്ലാതെ അതിന് മുന്നേ പോകുവാണെങ്കിലും ലാംഗ്വേജ് proficiency വേണമായിരുന്നു. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു 3 months ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് കോഴ്സ് വേണം.

കള്ളത്തരത്തിൽ question paper ചോർത്തി oet pass ആയി അവിടെ വന്നു ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒത്തിരിയേറെ ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ട്.. പലനാൾ കള്ളൻ ഒരു നാൾ പിടിയിൽ എന്നല്ലേ... എന്നിട്ട് നാട്ടിൽ ഉള്ളവരെ കാണിക്കാൻ social media യിലൂടെ ഷോ off... ഞാൻ ഉദേശിച്ചത് കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പഠിച്ചു real സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ആയി വന്നു ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവരെ അല്ല.. പിന്നെ നമ്മൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന ജോലി ആത്മാർത്ഥ യോടെ തന്നെ ചെയ്യുക... അനാവശ്യ ജാഡകളും show off കളും ഒഴിവാക്കുക... ബാക്കി എല്ലാം ദൈവത്തിനു കൊടുക്കുക..

There was a standard in getting PN number in Uk so far by passing g IELTS ever since UK has changed their law all the idiots are coming into this field and making such a mess damaging Nurses reputation .

When you are learning this in India you are not listening and not doing it properly Here also you have to be competent but you are coming to fight with the teachers that they are harassing in the vlinicsl they became a servant for doctors just to carryout the orders

I kept APHRA registration for a back up. After PR in Australia or UK. I will leave nursing profession for sure. Satyan Chetta from the bottom of my heart I am saying Nurses will leave the profession vaccany will increase people will come and go....its a loop Chetta.

@@drfilgin stress to the core because of loosing the pin number though we are carefully handling our shift, someway or other way will be in trouble. So awaiting for the PR. Beyond that Nurses are under paid in NHS

ഇത്ര യൊക്കെ കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടും അതിനു തക്കതായ പ്രതിഫലം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല എന്നറിയുന്നു. അതായതു uk, യിൽ പോയവർ ആരും അധികമൊന്നും സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നില്ല അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കഴിയുനില്ല. അതായിരുക്കുമോ , uk കാർ ഹെൽത്ത്‌ മേഖല ഇഷ്ടപെടാത്തത്.
