It seems like every event these days is just a reiteration of a goblin event + XP boost. I don't mind free cosmetics though. I agree, more stash tabs would be better. What's holding them back from adding like 4 more tabs? Just do it.

However, they released Rank 5 Progress straight on 19:00 in 24 December. It was auto event as I killed maybe 5 goblins, my clan mates (~7 people) didnt even bothered. Blizzard probably saw we cant do kill even 10 milions and just unlocked it to act we did.

But still, Cities are fully empty, there are barely players on events. Im most of time all alone on T4 on world boss/legions. On T3 its better but still empty... Im not sure if this game has more than 20k players.

I'm a longtime diablo fan and have been playing it since diablo 1. But I got bored of the latest season and felt robbed by the expansion. So I decided to try POE since it was free and that the second one was coming out soon. And realised how much we were getting fucked over by diablo.

I highly enjoyed the journey to end game for poe2 but just like the majority of the fan base, there's no motivation to play further. Ascension system is terrible too and thats suppose to be an exciting part of the leveling experience. I have no doubt it will get better considering their track record + its early access and all but there's no way they churn this out in a year like expected. D4 offers a more arcade like experience and definitely has its niche. D4 suffers from being slow to learn from their mistakes which GGG is good at.

The item drops in the loot bags were actually pretty solid, I was surprised 😅. There are a lot of things I miss from D4 in PoE2, especially the character customization and free/unlockable cosmetics. PoE2 is in a weird place right now, the game is so punishing, everything is random and the grind is more work than fun -_-. A lot of things need to improve till the end of EA

They REALLY need to do somethng about stash space. They should do it like in D3 and D2R that you have one stash tab that is decated to a character and then the rest are shared (or the otger way around)

Diablo 4 is kin d of a fun and addicting game. The way loot explodes out the goblins like a geyser is so satisfying. PoE 2 doesn't really have fun enemy encounters like with Goblins, Flayer ambushes, The Butcher, Blazing Butcher, and Hellborne invasions. D4 is an addicting game. It feel so good to blast through content at Mock 5 speeds and obliterate the the whole screen. This is the essence of what D2 combat was when you had your build in operation. GGG were wrong to think that Diablo likes were meant to be souls likes.

Diablo 4 is purely a numbers game; once you figure out how to make your build work then the game plays itself. Perhaps you are worried about power creep? Or the obtaining power is too easy in D4. Anyone can win at D4 so long as they know the mechanics of the game. A brand new player who knows nothing about the game wouldn’t get as far but if takes the effort to learn the game then he too can one shot bosses and the game isn’t hard to learn. Not even PoE 2 is hard to learn but PoE 2’s difficulty comes in the form of needing skill and reflex rather than it being purely based on numbers and game knowledge. That’s what makes it a souls game. Actually I play both games and D4 is more math heavy when it comes to build crafting. Crafting an original build in D4 requires some real math talents while you can see 99% of players following build guides especially for Paragon. It’s the hardcore mathematicians who make the game easy for the casuals. Without them then most casuals wouldn’t get past T2.

And might as well salvage all that stuff cause season ending 3 weeks. The grind to para 300 is kiling me though. Blizz idea of making endgame just grind pits 24/7 is poor mechanics

D4 spoiled me with mounts and movement speed. Movement in PoE 2 is so clunky it's often impossible to avoid the boss's AoE one shot mechanics. Bosses in PoE 2 are so unbalanced.
