I brew exclusively with malt extract; I don't have the time or patience for grain brewing. I used this LME for the first time a couple of months ago and I have to say I'm very, very impressed with the results. Great! I use the all grain kits but might get one of these for my next brewday too. I can work on this while the other mashs/boils. Two all grain brews takes up too much of a day!

These looks fascinating, moved to AG brewing but with the current energy costs I don't fancy running my Beacon and sparge for 8hrs!. Do you still recommend a camden or pure brew with these kits when using tap water?

How long before a kits drinkable? I usually like to drink my all grain beers relatively young and usually get tucked in to an ipa within 2/3 weeks from a brew day. Are they on par with coopers/mangrove style kits which obviously take longer usually over a month before they’re drinkable. Thanks
