Its not for who is truly having citizenship which got by birth . Its for the person who acquiring Indian citizenship means out side persons for 5 years in that 2 years if he / she will imprisoned any foreign countries then the government will cancel the citizenship . Its as per my understanding. You can refer any website for this .

in article 7, what of the people going to pak before march 1, 1947 ? they wont get citizenship ? if no then my question is what did they know that partition is going to happen because partition was announced in June 1947 . And there should be significance if the date matters so much. this is just my view. whats your opinion on this ?

In India citizen by both birth and naturalization can contest for PM and President subjected to certain conditions( In Italy only citizen by birth can be PM , the same applies to the fomer citizen of Itlay to contest PM election in India)
