"6 episodes isn't enough" Agreed. For a lot of shows, 9 or more episodes would be great. But I don't think it is congruent with Disney's timeline. 6 episodes is 6 weeks, and the way they're scheduling their movie and TV show releases is aiming to have a new Marvel product on Dinsey + every 1-2 months.

Yeah but tbh its starting to become annoying and we’re only letting it slide because we trust them. No matter what the plan is 3 more episodes of just dialogue and explaining things in more depth isn’t going to hurt anything. Seems pretty rushed and last minute

@@jumpingonoffthejet9377 I don't mind. If the only complaint we have about these shows that there aren't enough episodes, I think that's great. Look at the Netflix shows for the inverse. They went really long and that was a central issue with all their MCU shows.

I think they accomplished what they needed to do with this show in only 6 episodes, but just one more would've been perfect. That said, even with the rushed pacing of the final episode it was the best finale we've gotten out of these Disney Plus shows.

I agree with Achara. They did a good job completing the theme of this season. Jake killing Harrow "did" end THIS story. Harrow and Amit were the big bad, and, if we're to believe Khonsu, that ended her threat. I disagree that Jake killing him sends the message we're just getting started with this story. It literally ended this story. I would be ok with it being the beginning to Moon Knight as a character, but I think his end completed the story.

I think the reason why Konshu was able to match Ammit's stature was because of the full moon, that is how turned day into night. Maybe he was at his full power ? And Ammit was beating Konshu because she was constantly consuming souls. In the previous episodes he was only able to change the sky because it was already night.

When Marc sees Steven's room he remarks how filthy it is. Which means that it was Jake who answered Khonshu's call to go deliver his justice. So Marc just shows up there. Does the job . Jake takes him back. So for a long Steven doesn't know anything.

Jake Lockley suit theory: so Konshu trough out the series is seen wearing 3 suits: the moon knight one in the tomb when marc was going to commit suicide. the mr knight suit in the limo and the mummy costume trough out the episodes. so if two of those costumes are marcs and stevens then the third is lockleys

The best way to start season 2, I think, would be, Marc and Steven getting along with their daily routine maybe the museum job or a new one and suddenly they switch with that eye roll and in that switch we get all the Jake’s perspective that we missed in the this season back to back. Or how about they switch and we get one scene maybe the bloody battle in the first episode and switch again and they are in a different place and switch again sometime after and the killings of the roof top fight guys, and switch back and switch nice again in the same way the last episode blackout fight. Making both Steven and Marc question “what is going on with us?” Beginning here would grab that part of the audience that wanted Jake action sequence very badly. 😜

The only thing is Scarlet Scarab isn't a villain, he starts as an anti colonizer/British rebel who was misguided into an alliance with the Axis, fighting against Cap and those heroes, then switches sides when he realizes "Nazis bad". Still, I love them taking the mantle and shifting it to a true Egyptian superhero.

I still think Jake is the main character, he might be orphan and went through some trauma and created Marc who was adopted which explains why his mother blamed him of being jealous of his brother. Just like Marc created Steven thus, Steven has no idea about Marc until he reveals himself, Jake might have created Marc thus none of the two has any idea of Jake, and as he is the main character, he is able to take control over the body without the other two's consent.

Marc was always the one from which Steven and Jake were split from. He was always the original in the comics at least. Maybe you could argue that they might change that in the show, but I highly doubt they would deviate from that.

Be it Wanda, be it Nick Fury, Be it anything on screen. Moon Knight itself changed so much. Mr. Knight and Moonknight were both for marc but here they aren't, Steven in MCU is british, Jake is Spanish, nothing is same here. so based on these facts, Jake being the main character makes sense.

@@emangx399 I don't think that is how DID works, the person creates another identity to GO AWAY from that trauma, not GO INTO. justice to DID was the first thing the makers agreed upon including the actors, so they won't show that to inflict violence he made Jake, if that was the case, Marc would have been aware of Jake just like he was aware of Steven. What I think Jake has Darker past than Marc and may have been violent in childhood and killed someone (maybe his abuser or something) and now to get away from that killing and violence he created Marc.

I had the impression this mental hospital was harrow’s mind space, and somehow with konchu’s help, Jake could enter his mind and kill him - like if he was in a Coma, Jake could go into his mind to kill him. That would make more sense too if that was Crawley at the hospital.
